the light is actually 2000w (Greenfingers LED Grow Light 2000W Full Spectrum) but the drop down list's highest choice is 1000w, i have a 2nd light which is the same as that one which i might use later but with only 9 auto plants i'm not sure if it would be worth it, feel free to comment on your thoughts, i am also using 2 x 180mm fans, i have been using just water for the first week and from tomorrow will be adding a small amount of nutrients, i am starting diaries for all 9 plants which are 5 different fastbuds genetics and are: 2 x gorilla glue, 2 x gorilla cookies, 2 x purple punch, 2 x wedding glue and 1 x purple lemonade, i will be copy/pasting this message to each of them as it's the same information and easier
i can't choose harvest for plant 2, it should be a choice as i'm sure it is often some plants are ready before others but anyway will be back with weight results, plant 1 still has a day or so for total dry ... i guess even if you harvest others you are meant to wait till the last one is harvested before choosing harvested
i added a c02 mushroom bag the other day which pumped the humidity around 92% for a couple days but rest of week it would had been around 70%, i have just added an inline fan pumping air from outside in and it's now 64% humidity
only harvesting plant 1, plant 2 needs a couple more weeks and is going into small tent, will update weight results in a couple weeks and will continue the diary for plant 2
it's strange how tall and lanky the gorilla glue 1 is for an auto, maybe it's a very sativa pheno at a guess and maybe the other is more indica pheno, the strain says it is 65% sativa
the 2nd one is far behind the others, maybe the light encouraged it not to do so well but it's also why i did two of each of the strains i'm growing so if one doesn't turn out so well you still have a good chance at seeing the normal result of the plant, i also did the 2 for 1 fast buds deal on their website and bought 6 different strains which all 12 came in individual packages (only 9 are in this grow) so maybe a bigger chance of variations due to that
the taller one is just a fraction easier to bend the tops so i'm starting to bend the tops back and forth quite a few times at least twice a day so the stems get a lot stronger otherwise it might need support later
the taller gorilla glue i actually topped but the top either only got one offshoot or i accidentally cut the second one when topping so it will have a main cola still, the other hasn't and won't be topped
if you are wondering what is in the taller plastic pot, it is a mimosa shot (photo-period) which i am just vegging in the tent but it is going outside soon
