Bubble.runtz auto

Bubble runtz week 7 still behind the others

What's wrong with the bubble runtz every time I feed with pH adjusted water the new leafs on the tops go droopy then after a few days they perk up again and it's a flowering very slowly is it nute lock?

Watering only seems to have helped this one come back to life now it's trying to grow bud in the short time it has left

Week 13 still not much bud but it's trying to catch up It still may be decent this plant has been through hell lol come on baby give me something to work with

Still going think IL cut her down this end of this week. Anybody think I should leave it go another week ?
