Germination
Seeds were put directly in substrate. Both the girls germinated in 48 hr. The soil is 75% peat and 25% vermiculite. The setting is the base of a high closet. The LED is an ENFUN, 100w for a surface of 85cm x 55cm (roughly 0,5 square meters), hanged at about 30cm from the top of the two 11L pots. The pots are big enough so i don't have to transplant those fragile babies. The cabinet walls were covered with tin foil. The temeprature inside the cabinet is around 28/29 °C I will water whenever needed with a solution of 0,6g/L of 20-10-20 fertilizer. Since the seedbank claim this strain is very fast i decided only to make some LST and no topping.

Everything going fine! Not very much to say, the conditions in the cabinet were stable and the grls are happy with little or none extra watering since i watered the pots at the beginning of the germination process. Looking forward to see how it goes, it's my first attempt at indoor growing.

Seems like one of the ladies is growing larger than the second one. Not worried, very smooth growth. Watered as needed about 1L each every 3/4 days

Very strong growt by both the ladies. The left one is still growing bigger, not know why (same starting condition and distance/orientation of light) Later i doscovered i was underwatering the second one. I was a bit lazy on watering and probably i made a mistake waiting too much. BTW i'm very happy with dimensions. The next week i'm going to do some LST and minimum defoliation. So far the plants are a bit shorter than i would have expected with this fast-growing, wide-leaf, bushy plants.

Everything is going fine. I'm very happy of this strain, it's growing very fast and compact, with no issues at all. I feel it's ideal for beginner growers. As i mentioned the previous week, i felt that the plants are a bit short. This week the plants grow taller and balanced. They began to show the pre-flowering stage. I'm watering with 1/1,5 liters each with a solution of 0,6g/l of 20-10-20 npk fertilizer every 2/3 days. At the end of the week i started to light stress train the ladies, and defoliated 3 or 4 couple of the lower fan leaves on the main branch. Very happy and satisfied with this basic and super cheap setup, and with this strain as well!

The buds are thickening, and the plants are very strong. I made some more LTS, removed a couple of main fan leaves. Watering once every 2 days with 1,5/2 lt each with a solution of 0,6g/l of 20-10-20 fertilizer. The left one is 50 cm tall, and the other one is 47 cm tall. Im very pleased of the speed of those plants. The flowering stage is going really fast, like the vegetative state. Sweet seeds claim a 7 week harvest, so only 2 more weeks are left (but of course this is to be verified)

We're fast approaching the end of this diary. One of the main concern is rel. humidity. Since i don't have an hygrometer (shame on me!) i don't know really which is the real situation in the canopy, but every time i open the cabinet i feel like a lot of humidity escape. It seems that this is not affecting the growth, though. This setup needs to be updated for the next growth. Higher temperatures will require a better air circulation and a form of control on HR too. As obvious i performed a bit of LTS and Defoliation here and there during this week, just to keep the canopy not too messy. At the end of this week probably i'll be able to estimate a range of dates where the final harvest will occur. The strain, as promised, is really really fast, so i hope to proceed in the 8th week. Let's see what happens

Didn'thave to do anything special on the plants this week. Some little defoliation and LST here and there. They didn't grow in height or extension, only the flowers are getting bigger. Some pistils are changing to amber color, so the maturing process is ongoing. Some leaf tips (only just 1-2 mm) are getting yellow but i'm not worried, the plants are really strong and healthy. I'm at the end of week 7, so as expected the plants are not finished yet, but i'm confident that no more than 10 days are left to harvest. Let's see what happens. I'm overall very satisfied by this Sweet Seed's strain +Speed Auto, really fast grow and a solid choice for a beginner like me. I'm not going to guess exactly how much the yeld will be, but it's fair to say that it will be far more i would've imagined with this basic and yet incomplete setup. 💪

Day 55: some trichomes in the past few days had become amber. The smell is not really high, in sweet notes.

This is the final week prior to harvest. The main colas are reaching fast their maturity. I'm not going to harvest the plants all at once as previously planned, since the developing of the flowers is not homogeneous. My goal is to have a high quality product, in the right stage of development. I will top the main colas first, then i will proceed to the rest of the plants in the following days. I also prefer wet trimming, so it will let me to spread the long trimming job in multiple sessions. The smell is little, no one (but me!) cares about my ladies <3

I performed a classic wet trimming. I harvested all the plants over a period of 10 days to give me time to make all the trimming properly and to give the plant the time to mature the more whiteish buds.
