Noticed a bit of improvement having skipped the nitrogen for a week - the claw is definitely reducing. However, more Phosphorous deficiency symptoms have cropped up...probably a delayed onset - I'm guessing the Nitrogen toxicity locked out some Phosphorous...we're also in flower and this girl is hungry so that might have something to do with it. Needless to say, I've corrected too much N but now I have to correct too little P. I added back in the 4-8-4 for at least a little Nitrogen but keeping up the additional Seabird Guano and Langbeinite for the P-K boost...hoping I can dial this in appropriately so we'll have to wait and see.
Update - it's likely this one is experiencing predominantly Phosphorous deficiencies due to excess Calcium and Magnesium. I've determined that I've been giving all 4 plants in this run too much Cal/Mag and it's expressing itself in different ways with each plant. Too much Cal/Mag locks out P and K, among other micro nutrients, but the P deficiency is becoming the most obvious symptom in the Malawi. It's also pretty stunted and the leaf curling maybe was due to excess N but I'm not sure...could have been an expression of stress? It was literally the first sign something was wrong but I kept over feeding it and now a bunch of the older leaves are looking sad with major P deficiencies. I've flushed and the PPM was 2800...which is rather insane but it's a testament to the overdose I've unwittingly committed. I have faith in being able to right the ship, but I doubt I'll have the yield I expected 😞
There's a bunch of magnesium in molasses too. Getting ready to pop my Malawi's - would you veg the same 6 weeks again, or would you change? Rock it like a rocket 💚👍🤘🤙🖖💚

@JimboNorman, holy Crow! *Blinks* wow - so your day 18 photo is where you're thinking is too late to have flipped? Would 12/12 from seed be beneficial, or 15/9..? That's absolutely incredible. I'm getting ready to drop a whole bunch (of Nepal jam & DP Californian Orange) but malawi is still on my radar 💚👍🤘🤙🖖💚
@Benji, Ace Seeds recommends flipping to 12/12 after 15 days. That felt way too early to me, but now she's stretched like a mf so I would say flip earlier than I did and be prepared for her to keep growing / stretching for 3 or 4 weeks after you flip
