WeedHobbyist The seed was a freebie and ridiculously small and greenish. I put it between wet cotton disks and covered with saucers. It's still rather cold in my rented apartment, so I put everything inside a cabinet, covered with a plastic bag and then a towel. The most important thing - I put a glass of warm water next to the saucers. Hope it creates a "greenhouse effect". Judging by my previous experience, the best germination rates are achieved at 26°C (78-79°F), but of course, it's nowhere near that right now.
@@GreenGlowes, thanks, but the seed didn't even crack. My idea to use a glass of warm water for heating was a crappy one. It gets ice-cold by morning. I then put the saucers on my wi-fi router but this didn't help. The other seed did germinate this way though. I'll probably make another diary.
@Sweet_Seeds, thanks, it's not my first time with your genetics, and usually things go well. Sadly, this seed was a no-show. Too small, too immature-looking. Also, it was the first time I tried to germinate a seed in a room with no heating. Pity.
@WeedHobbyist, Perhaps it is because it was not in optimal germination conditions. For the seeds to germinate they must have humidity and an optimum temperature range.
Sweet smokes,
