Good luck. This is my first time as well. My only advice to this point is be patient. The first couple weeks seem to feel like an eternity but you will start seeing results very soon. I am wrapping up week three this weekend. I have started training mine already taking a more aggressive approach than i planned in the beginning. I will be updating my diary either today or tomorrow.
