Rocky start but acceptable. Gave a feeding at 150 ppm and it wasn't enough. Increased feeding. Going to be out of the country but hoping for some great growth while gone and the transition to cubes.
Getting their legs hopefully. Will be topping and Lsting at some point over the next few weeks. Not a lot of growth on the side branches but leaves are coming along. Expecting some rapid growth over the next week.
Second girl is pretty small still but happy and likely the one to watch. We shall see.
Plants stacked from 3" onto 6" rockwool. Algae growth on blocks always make them look ugly.Topped plants. Growth is still slightly slow imo due to a higher rh than normal. Expecting plants to be ready for a quick flower starting next week.
Both plants topped and growing vigorously. Slight super cropping to branches.
Due to spacing plants will be flipped to 12/12 along with several other strains.
Steady as they go. Taking back facing leaves at will but nothing to report. Finding very stable and easy to care for lines in Top Dawgs work over several runs. The number 2 pheno is shorter but im hoping it finishes equally strong as the number one.
Plants are building sites. Noticed the beginning stages of burn so pulled the nutes back as of yesterday. Happy overall though drybacks have been fairly slow. Looking forward to the next few weeks.
Everything is holding steady. Plants are putting on weight. Slight nute burn has gotten a little bit worse despite cutting back but all in all they are doing well. The number two pheno seems like it will have a bit more favor with structure and bud density. We shall see.
Missed some logging days. It is day 84 from seed. Plants have had some N burn and overall was noticing early P issues across the grows so made the necessary adjustments. Won't matter for these as we are onto wrap-up.
Plants still holding tight throwing great yield as density builds. #2 is the better pheno imo displaying greasy sour nugs though #1 will likely win in yield. Both overall are low smelling, sweet but the sour is very very noticeable and essentially overwhelms those notes.
Feeding Cake at 3 g per gal Then will finish up with plain water over the next few weeks.
Hard to appreciate plants with def and issues but these are really great cultivars. First pheno is likely to throw a bunch more weight while number 2 looks closer to finish. Buds are dense, bigger than a golfballs and are starting to pack on trichs. Smells like sweet sours and hops. More cake for feed and will wrap up with a clean water flush.
Second pheno produced some really fluffy buds to my surprise. Strawberry is found in the leaves of the plant opposed to flavor. Cones off really sour with peppery overtones. Overall super easy to grow, no concerns and expecting a superior high as Top Dawg in my experience breeds with attention to cannabinoids opposed to bag appeal or trichs. Excited to see the outcome.
