Stardawg

Hi First diary but 6 years exp. Starting at week 4. First 3 weeks I was taking my other gear down so didn't have any time for these hence I had some heat stress due to not keeping an eye on them so they are a little behind where they should be. Anyone new to this and struggling with heat stress i have always run with digi ballast that are adjustable and don't be scared to give them less lumins to reduce the heat (best to keep lumins high and improve airflow but it's difficult). High temps stops growth (or grows badly) so best to lower temps for a while by turning the ballast down it's less light but better than trying them. These had stretched in the first 2 weeks so we're topped and bent to stop stretch Just move from coco to soil mix and using atami light mix which I think is new. I used up my canna coco a and b in the first 3 weeks and am now using soil specific nutrients (not sure of name I will post later). I will post more about my setup shortly. Thanks for reading.

Just going into week 5 and now flipped to 12/12. Colours look good but I've got some clawing. Temps are spot on and loads of air circulation so thinking its the move to atami terra leaves. Ive also put root stims in and some cannazyme i had knocking about to keep the roots top top. Not done any bending or topping for a week so they go into flower with no stress.

Into week 7 (Week 2 flower) looking nice and green. Starting to take up more water and my slightly high temps dry them out quicker. They are staying shorter due to bending quite a bit. The cuttings were a nightmare as I'm just putting my setup back together and put a stronger light in the cuts tent by mistake so lost a third of them. Just mixed in big bud bio, root stims and a little cal mag along with the standard mix. I have a fan blowing them to try and strengthen up the stems to prevent them falling over later on when the weight kicks in.

Nothing major this week. All going steady. The plants have filled out my 2x2.4 tent about 5 days away from installing new filter as other has been up for over 2 years. I can use the filters for so long due to using ozone machine. All looking strong and with just adding big bud bio and pk13_14 recently should see some development soon. Colder nights really helping the temps and I have just put another in feed for more cool fresh air. I have a large extraction and 2 smaller intake fans so fresh air is entering on different sides of the tent. Next 2 weeks tend to be the ones with less work as all can be done really is watering- work kicks in again when the weight starts to cause issues. This stardawg grows well with little issues so far.
