Had a good window plant and a good outdoor plant so with strawberry pie auto by fast buds. Airy nugs makes it good for mold resistants. Thought about putting it in a raised my raised bed but can’t protect it from rain by doing that. So decided to transplant when the time comes into 3 gallon pot in locally made soil made for cannabis. Check out bio365 by greentree garden supply hydro shop in Ithaca. Ill gradually move the plant outside on mild sunny days and when officially outside I will move the plan Under my porch to protect it from the rain

Sprinkled a small amount of fox farm tomato and veg nutrients cuz it wasn’t really growing. I hope I didn’t burn it as it is a strong nutrient mix for a 2 and a half week old seedling but let’s see. The reason it’s prob not growing is I just used organic jiffy pot mix which has no nutrients. Normally I use a local factory made amended coco coir called bio365 by greentree garden supply located in Ithaca NY much better germination and survival rate of seedlings with the pre made mix. Anyway pray I didn’t burn it with the fox farm tomato and veg organic dry amendments

Growing very slowly. prob cuz I used jiffy pot mix for the jiffy pot instead of my usual amended coco coir. It germinated but grew very stunted. A week after transplanting it it started to pop when I threw in in coco coir mix. Still very small even compared to the northern lights by Seedsman which is 2 weeks younger but they started in my usual coco coir mix and did much better from the start. We shall see how it does in the near future.

Growing small a I thought it would as my last 2 strawberry pie were small. Quality of the last finished buds were my best. Just not the yield I’m looking for. But I had the seed and soil so why not. The northern lights auto by Seedsman are pretty much the same size and over 2 weeks younger. And I wasn’t crazy about this NL tbh. Decent yield quality bud with the high im looking for but not the old school NL terps and flavor im looking for as far as the last grow was. One plant had a floral, citrus and mint flavor which is close but I was looking for more hash and Insense

Starting to grow well now. It’s small but that was expected with these genetics. Looks super happy in the sun every morning.

It may not look like it but I did super crop it. It bent 90 degrees and bounced right back. If anything it just made the stalk stronger but it bent right back. Did a little leaf plucking to expose more light. Smells like the freshest pint of strawberries pine needles and orange citrus. Made a homemade compost tea made of compost, worm casting, kelp, alfalfa, epsom salt,(which also makes a great top feeding) I also throw in a couple tablespoons of fish emulsion and unsulfured molasses. the strawberry pie and all my other autos and photos reached for the skies within 2-3 days of compost tea. It’s amazing what natural organic nutrients can do.

My guess is about 3 weeks for the strawberry pie. We finally got some rain for a couple days but I’m not too worried bc I have been spraying them with a mild solution of dr zymes fungicide and insecticide. Saw something a little suspicious looking on one of the northern lights but it disappeared after my weekly spray. Gave all my autos it’s last sugar feeding of coconut water. B4 that I gave it a compost tea about 10 days ago.(which had molasses in it) just ph water from here on out. No more nutrients or pruning/defoliation. Almost forgot. Gently touched some of the sugar leaves and it smells just like the last 2 strawberry pies smelled which was fresh strawberries in a pine forest with hints of cream

Flushing out with plain ph water for the next couple weeks till harvest. Gave it a sugar feeding of raw coconut water. Small plant even for an autoflower. Haven’t had to water it all week bc of the rain. Not worried tho as I have been spraying them with dr zymes triple action. The frost as u can see in the pic is amazing. Like I said b4 with fast buds(and by many other people) It has a poor yield but makes up for it with the trichomes and terpene flavor. The smell of this is amazing. Smells like a fresh pint of strawberries with lemon and orange Juice squeezed on top

Final week for the strawberry pie auto. Gave it molasses exactly a week ago. Realistically speaking I will prob harvest it in 4 days bc I am a little scared of mold and pests. But I want to give it just a little longer. Def going to bud wash b4 drying so will prob dry the buds a total of 14 days and the trim 15 or 16 days especially bc of all the rain we’ve got. Haven’t had to water it at all thanks to the rain too. The smells off this plant are strawberries and lemon orange juice. The frost is amazing. Just wish those buds would fatten up a little more in the next few days as it would barely hit an oz rn.
