Plants actually bounced the last week before harvest. wasn't the biggest nugs but the trichome coverage was great pretty amazing. As were the terps.
Got 72 grams of wet weight cannabis to be washed in ice water for bubble. This alongside my photos which totals about 255 grams so far because I have 5 more photos to harvest.

Medium yield plant with little smell but pretty colors for sure. Decent trichome coverage as well. Going to do a fresh frozen ice water run so I froze it along 3 other plants that were ready to harvest.

But I saw u had a light question. having a meter is best instead of just turning a knob and hoping.
Tentbuddy - free to use app .. is a PPFD-DLI-VPD app to help dial in your lights better then well just guessing.
