**Nirvana "Original Glue" - Feminized** New seeds from nirvana arrived about a week ago. Blue cheese will be next on the grow list - for now. I chose to start with feminised original glue that I will have to watch closely as it tends to grow much higher than my 120cm tent.

I keep her next to my window... the sun is not yet strong enough so I think that is why she keeps stretching.

Today, I put her into the tent under my cre.science LED. Now she is getting the light she needs - consistently. Since Original Glue is said to become ~150cm I will need to top her soon.

I topped her a few days ago... looking good so far. 05-19: you can see how she is starting to pick up speed. I am wondering if I should top the 2 main colas or just keep her like that... 🧐

2nd round of defoliation - cutting off some of the lower leaves to clean up the branches and give her more structure. Initial and lower leaves with 2 fan leaves that I deemed to cast too much of a shadow. ;) i am waiting 1-2 days between defoliations... ...ok - I got high and was looking at mainlined plants and I just thought to myself - "why not? - why keep the lowest branches hoping the current about average canvas stays this way? let's do real mainlining and wait a week or 2 longer for the result?" On friday or saturday (I believe) I added some red clover (Trifolium pratense) & Alfala (Medicago sativa) for "living mulch"...

All the lollipopping and defoliation has slowed her down a bit - but she is now getting started again. I think at the end of the week I could switch to 12:12 and maybe later I will try out 11:13. :) At the moment she does not present any deficiencies or signs of nutrient excess... She did grow tall in the very early days and I was worried she would easily outgrow my 40x40x120cm tent but now I am actually looking forward to her stretch. I have started "shaving" an hour off every day now starting (I believe) thursday. 06-01: 18/6 06-02: 16/8 06-03: 14/10 06-04: 13/11 I am starting to notice stretching ;) 06-05: 12/12

I am not sure if I should remove the top 4 small branches that are growing up on the second picture... As you can see, I used those green rubber-coated wires to bind down the main branches. But on both sides of the stem - 2 small branches are shooting upwards: keep or cut?

Your plants is looking good. Me personally would not take anymore. Let them grow out a little then switch to 12 12. While in trqnsition I would do a little defoliation. You can do this right up until they actually start to show little buds. Happy growing.

Soft transition to flowering over several days... She is growing quite bushy - reminds me of the Hawaiian Maui Waui from Nirvana. I noticed some minor discoloration... but should be fine. The week started out with 25cm - she is not (saturday) at 30cm! =)

I had a minor accident - snipping off one of the side branches while lollipopping / cleaning up the lower branches that do not receive enough light. Should be fine - will monitor.

Very happy so far: - accidental snipping of a nice little branch healed - although it looks kind of odd now 😂 (I cut through like 85% of the branch and it grew together a bit crooked) - no noticeable over- or underfeeding - my little fan blades did cut some leaves in the front but I will defoliate those anyway later on Her current progress reminds me a lot of my Hawaiian Maui Waui (Nirvana: https://growdiaries.com/diaries/149289-grow-journal-by-fejg87fb2skvf/week/826165)... 🥦❤️ I cut that one around the same time by mistake as well. She must have grown 8-10cm this week. Beautiful progress! Very little nutrients... none the last 2 waterings... don't want to keep repeating my overfeeding mistakes 🤣

Progress seems fine - she is no longer stretching and starting to put her energy into the buds. =) She is more thirsty now so I will give more water but will keep giving nutrients only carefully.

Buds are increasing in weight - the leafs are becoming yellowish sooner than I expected. Also I do believe this strain is not as happy with my LEDs being as close as I keep them - for saving on electricity I dial the height in with a makeshift quantum sensor. =)

Smell increased the last few days - but has started to decrease now that I am no longer feeding her. Found a small part of one bud that became soft so I cut it off and threw it out...
