This week I increased the nutrient amount per liter. I am going to avoid defoliating for now, to see if I get as many bud sites as possible, and then I will defoliate to expose them to proper light. Keeping up with the LST though, all the way. On day 41 I found some nutrient burn on a couple leaves of 3 of the plants. I will maintain the nutrient amount next time I water them, instead of adding more as I intended. On day 42 I changed their location to be more spacious as they develop and also raised the grow lights to maximize light amplitude.

I noticed there is some kind of green (like very tiny plants) forming around the main stem of the plant. It only is on the dirt which I moved from the old pot (smaller) into the new pot. Is this something to be concerned about ? If so, what are the causes and how could I fix it?

The moisture has caused algea growth is all at the moment. You should be doing wet dry cycles. I use to do one side then next time water other side. So one side of substrate was always dryer in soil. When I have done soil grows. You should not transplant autoflowers it can stress them out, and they are on a time schedule. Always try to start them where they will finish. 👍🏻

I am starting to feed them nutrients and they are growing faster lately. I am considering starting LST and topping next week. LST when it reaches 4/5 nodes, and topping above the 5th node. Do you have any tips on how to perform this the best way ? Thank you in advance !

First of all, do not even consider topping your autos... that takes VERY precise timing to be successful and if you haven't grown that particular strain before, you don't know how long she has until she goes into pre-flower.... they COULD go into pre-flower within a week and that's not enough time for her to recover and therefore she won't be able to set her flowers... you'll basically have screwed your entire grow. With autos, stick with LST or SCROG.. no topping, no mainlining, no major stress, period. You can start LST at any time... just gently pull the plant over so the nodes are exposed to the full light or as exposed as you can get them.... keep them in place and let those new branches on the exposed nodes stay exposed to the full light... that's really all there is to it... you can keep LSTing them as needed.... Good luck!

Today I started applying LST to the tallest plants. It's my first time doing it, and so I would appreciate any tips or advice regarding some obvious mistakes/things to improve ! I also noticed one of the plants has one two leaves curling up :/ Any clue why? Thank you in advance

Your PH is off in one of them. Might be that one is drinking more water than nutes and has through your ph off. If it were heat. You'd see it in the others also, and overwaterimh also, "assuming you fed them all the same" Good luck

Your plants are looking great, nice color and no deficiencies. The only thing that you can improve is to stop watering directly near the plant. Instead of watering around the roots you better water on the outside of the pot. Or from the bottom (put the pot inside a bowl with 2 inches with water for 1 minute a day). When you do this you force the roots to search for the water and while doing this the plants create a larger and healthier rootsystem. Plants got the same volume above the ground as under the ground. So the larger the roots the bigger the plant. When you keep watering near the roots the roots become lazy and do not need to grow because you provide everything they need nearby. So let those roots work and cannabis roots love to search for water! Enjoy your grow buddy!

Wondering if I should defoliate the lower nodes of all the branches (as shown in the picture, white arrows pointing to what I am considering cutting) to maximize growth of each top. Thoughts?

any of it touching the substrate or overlapping and causing some standing water on leaves? always keep as many leaves as possible -- remove to reduce risk or some other good reason and you'll do fine. stuff below bend on trunk rarely turns out well... even if you keep it level, it'll get fewer resources than other axillary growth.

Hey guys, today I noticed a couple flower hairs turned brown. Does anyone with more experience have some guidelines regarding what could be causing this? If so, how could I fix it? First picture is up close, second is for context. The other bud sites all seem healthy (white).

Nothing to worry about! You probably damaged the brown ones by touching them. The plants look great! Enjoy your grow! 😋

I am seeing some pistils coming out of small round shaped parts of the plant, there are 2 per node. One on each side. I wonder if this means it's half male half female and I should cut them to avoid pollination and reduced yield?

No male genitalia seen in the picture - you're good those you mean are called "calyxes" - when you close to harvest you can take a lot of them , dry them quick and you'll have a quick taste of your plant before harvest :P

What do you think caused this brown color on that leaf? I have 5 leaves like that, all the others are ok. I believe it's due to pulverizing water and droplets acting as magnifiers for the light, causing small burns. Also, since they are burnt, should I just cut them out?

Hi, I am seeing clear signs of nutrient burn but only on 2 out of 5 plants. I feed them organic nutrients, following the chart that was provided by BioBizz. Why are they still showing burned leaves? I watered them thoroughly until the runoff was clear. But leaves keep burning.😦

I think you have the same issue as I have right now **** Sometimes called “yellow leaf spot” or “leaf septoria,” this condition is caused by a fungus (or sometimes a bacteria) that attacks cannabis plants and usually appears in warm, wet weather. The symptoms first appear on the bottom leaves of the plant. The spots may have darkened borders and may have a hard growth in the middle like a little pimple, but the thing that makes the spots the most unique is they are often very uniform, like little circles. Each spot is the receptacle of a spore (ewwww) which look like tiny dark specks in the center of each spot. **** I copied that above from the net hehe, I am trying to resolve this issue this week, so hopefully it gets fixed!!! Cheers, Sunny

Wrong Ph, calcium burns out under leds, or is hard to absorbe if ph is wrong. Could be excess of Nitrogen, then calcium is first to be blocked, but to me - it is looking like wrong ph.

Idk What to do anymore. I tried flushing the plant that initially had it, and it kept appearing I then fed it again, it kept spreading. I defoliated all the bad leaves and it started popping up on another plant's leaves. Why is this happening? How could I end it once and for all?

Das sieht für mich nach Schädlingen aus. Thripse um genau zu sein. Diese sind sehr schwer zu finden, da die winzig sind. Am besten mit Neem-Öl oder Nützlingen dagegen vorgehen. Viel Glück Bro 💪

You're joking me right guys. 7-10 days. Some of them are still in pre flower. I'd say much much longer buddy I looked at your marked flower weeks. You've them down as In flower 6 weeks. When In reality I only see pistils starting on wk 7 (pre flower growth, upwards stretch) You've only been in it not even 21days for some of them. Looking at your pics The one of the back left is coming into ripening. The others haven't even fully finished pre flower.. 3-4 weeks left for 75% of your crop. Maybe 7-10 days on the BL one. Good Growing

Hey, I can see there's so much clear still. You see the shiny parts on your trichomes, they're clear. You need at least 7 or so more days ripening.

I think your using to many nutrients. Both plants are auto's, which can't cope with full nutrition, your following a chart for photoperiod plants, not auto's. Water with just ph water & check the ph of the runoff. I would cut back on the nitrogen heavy nutrients. Have a look at some diaries for the plants your growing. Goodluck

Could you help me figure out what's causing this ? I am feeding them every other watering with 1/4/4 ml/L of biogrow, biobloom, top max. They are on a 18/6 light schedule and the water is always ph6.2. Temps around 25c all the time (day and night).

Oh dear.... someone needs to learn what trichomes are and what they look like and how you can actually SEE them (with a microscope or loupe!)... I'm going to agree with Newbie87 here - what's happened is you've locked out calcium with the amount of nitrogen you've been giving her. When plants go into flower, you need to reduce the amount of nitrogen and increase the P and K... and it's also the best time to give an extra dose of calmag. But you're well past that point and the only thing I will agree with GreenThumbedGrower on is that they are probably pretty close to harvest... so I wouldn't recommend doing anything about the lockout or extra calmag. Grab a microscope or jewelers loupe and take a look at the trichomes... if you've got about 10% of them amber, you should plan on chopping within the week. Good luck!

Hi pal. I can see ur Amber's. But you shouldn't wait for them. When ur trichomes are cloudy its done. Amber are signs ur plants has reached its peak of thc and the amb is degradation. I've a 30x phonescope and before I couldn't see the Amber's but after getting proper pics I see amber lightly. That normally the eye wouldn't see if u move a scope around. Anyways. Tat amount of wks flowering. Yeah. Its more than done my friend
