Welcome to my 2023 Outdoor Auto grow!
I am growing one each of the following strains:
Purple Queen Automatic
Sweet Skunk Automatic
Epsilon F1
I will keep them inside for the first 2-3 weeks under my (cheap) light. The conditions outdoors at the moment are too cold and these little seedlings need to grow a little to become more resistant first.
In the next 2-3 weeks the temperature should drastically rise and they’ll be moved outside.
Wish me good look 👀 I’ve looked a TON into how to properly grow and in comparison to my first diary this one is likely gonna be miles better so prepare ;)
They’re all starting to properly develop their second set of true leafs. I’m excited to see how their development will continue.
I’ve decided to put them on a windowsill by now to get used to the actual light schedule and environment. I added a fan to blow at them too to stimulate growth hormone.
Once the second set is properly developed I will start slowly adding nutrients as these autos will soon after start to grow a lot quicker
Still growing strong and good.
The Epsilon has a weird growth on one of the new true leafs but looks healthy anyways.
The Sweet Skunk and Purple Queen are really doing well at the moment.
What are your opinions for day 15 after popping out of the ground?
They’re starting to entering the real vegetative growth. They have been picking up on speed for the past few days and are now rapidly growing more foliage by the day.
All plants are doing good!
Soon I’ll start LST on the plants to maximise bud sides.
Hello!
The weather hasn’t been great for the past week but for a few days it’s been nice and sunny and according to the weather forecast it’ll stay that way!
They’ve been growing a little slow for the last week but now they’re picking up speed again!
The Epsilon F1 actually showed a mutation with 3 Fan leaves on one node so that will mean that it’ll grow an extra Main Cola which is great!
Even though they’re small and Autos they should start flowering once they’re mature enough. I think they will start stretching in about 2 weeks and then they’ll start to flower. Generally speaking even though they are a little small they seem very healthy and happy!
Hey everyone!
They’re growing well and are healthy as ever! They started to pick up speed again and the stretching phase seems to not be far away. They’re growing their side branches now and thanks to them being outdoor plants I will not need to LST them all that much.
I was worried that they are way to small for their age which is kinda true but Autos don’t start flowering at a certain age but rather when they reach a certain maturity so I have no reason to worry too much.
The triple leaf mutation on the Epsilon still amazes me as I haven’t seen it happen before!
It’s finally June!
The Plants are finally getting larger and the Purple Queen as well as the Epsilon have shown their first stigmas which mean they’re entering the Stretching Phase!
Epsilons leafs seem a little small but the side branches on all 3 are starting to properly grow!
It really is a joy to come home and see them get bigger every day :)
Update Time!
They all are growing really well but the Epsilon sadly doesn’t want to stretch at all. On the other side it already seems like she’s further into flowering. You can really see how she is an insanely fast flowering strain!
All healthy and beautiful :)
It’s scorching out!
I was away for a few days and the girls seem hungry as indicated by their thinner leaf blades. They’ve grown a lot in just 6 days and now we’re through the stretching and early flowering stages and enter the real flowering stage!
Epsilon may be smaller but she definitely is already packing. They all smell a little by now. Epsilon has a very special smell to it which is Tropical, Fruity and Refreshing.
Purple Queen and Sweet Skunk have grown large and I expect them to now grow much more as they now are pushing all their energy into their flowers.
@GMSgrows,
I’d love to do that but they’re outdoor plants so it’s completely dependent by the weather we’re having. This year so far has been unexpectedly REALLY cold but finally the weather is starting to be good!
