Healthy-looking seeds were selected, scarified, and placed in plastic cups to soak for 24h. Pre-soak solution consists of 'Marinis Seaweed' and 'Remo Bloom' additives. Normally I'd use VeloKelp but I ran out and this stuff is half the price, we'll see how she goes. Once the seeds sink upon tapping they're headed straight into a 6-0-6 full of Promix HP.
4/29 - Forget the 6-0-6, I located some more pots. Into there they go. Got some 3gals on the way that I think will end up being the final containers.
5/3 - Grape Ape 2 is the first one up, with Grape Ape 1 shortly behind. Any bets on whether UKBS or SCBCBD comes up next? lol

UKBS 3 and SCBCBD did not germinate unfortunately.
Growth of the others is pretty good. Topping sometime in the next week ish.

Been pushing em with light fairly decent, they dry out within 2-3 days. All got repotted on 6/1. 3 of the 4 were topped at some point, last one was topped just recently. Gonna be flipping to flower shortly as we're on a tight schedule here, just letting em recover from the transplanting and bending em around a bit.
Quite a solid grow in the books. Nothing to shake a stick at at all considering I essentially just let them do their thing with an occasional defoliation and of course regular watering and feeding.
Flower was overall smooth aside from the trichomes just not wanting to cloud or amber up the way I wanted them to in the time I had. Despite that though, I had foxtailing and nanners starting so overall a little bit of a confusing result. When I'm able to monitor more stringently I'll have to see if I can get a pheno with no nanners that'll amber the way I like.
Bed time shit. Absolute death if you take too big a hit, enjoy melding with the couch. Shit's covered in snow like you left it out overnight in an Alaskan December. Opening the jar you get punched in the face by the smell. Pungent like no other. Hands down it's the best I've ever grown, I just wish I got the plant bigger now :(
Despite the small yield, this appears to be some of the best weed I've ever grown, smoked, or even seen in my entire life. The smell, taste, and potency are all ridiculous, along with the bag appeal. Unfortunately the size of the plant wasn't great, would've loved to have grown her out for longer.
Apparently I'm too damn high to be making diaries, this is supposed to be the harvest for grape ape 😂
This stuff was pretty standard compared to what I'd seen of her last time, perhaps a little less resilient to spitting nanners though. We'll see about quality based on how few seeds I find as I smoke through it all.
