Ok so it's been a little longer than a month I think but they are just now starting to get better. I transplanted them and they are growing new leaves and stuff. Hopefully whatever was going on is turning around now

If itโs from seed, I count veg from the first true leaves. If itโs a clone, I count veg once itโs established and growing again.
Iโve also read that the first 2 weeks after germination are considered seedling stage, then veg count starts.
