It's been 1 week since my 2 plants came out of the ground, they spend half the time under a lamp 400w cob and the other half in the sun nothing alarming to me for now except the stem of one of the 2 seedlings that measures 7 cm (2,7inch) but the leaves grow normally, I would need your experience on this subject.

Just a little too long, she is not really streching. Now just provide her with a little more light and use a fan that blows the young plant gently. They will develop a thicker stem when you do this!

Day 32, the plant behaves very well in daylight, I will put it under lamps during the night only for the stretch period to maximize my yields. I did the LST week 3 and 4.

What do you advise me for defoliation? What sheets do I cut and when?
flushing for harvest is a myth. doesn't change chemical composition of the buds, therefore does not impact them. minerals in fertilizers are building blocks for growth. taking them away only reduces rate of growth. if toxic or some other catastrophe, flushing is a rational respons. for other things it's urban myth.
With autos. You really really do need a loop mate. You risk the chances of overripe and it'll be harsh as anything on your throat. Runied 3 of my harvests this round by pushing them to fast.
You'll notice a massive drop off in fluid uptake though. But, really can't be used in as a guide neither. 35-50 days it takes for an auto once it hits pre flower.
I do advise you get a phonescope or loop they're like 8$ from my growstore, phonescope.
