I soaked the seed for a day in a glass of water, then placed it in the substrate and covered it with a glass, the lighting mode is 24/0. The seedling appeared two days later.

Hey buddy, for me This doesn't seem like any kind of bug I have ever seen, I think it is a kind of water burn. The light hit the bubble of water and with the right angle, it burns the spot. Try to aim the water only at the soil

This is a water spot burn, a light burn in gen. The light hit the bubble of water just right like frying ants when your a kid. Right angle just a burn spot.
