Taken awhile to bounce back after the Overwatering of the seedlings, the girls have finally rooted and are taking off, Started some LST this week and they have loved it as soon as I bent them over the next day I had rapid growth from the lower branches. Being autos I unfortunately think they will start flowering soon but hoping I have a week or so left of veg so they grow abit more.

Hello Fletchy, leave the lamp on this distance is my advice. During the vegging phase roughly 40 cm and during flowering 30 cm. You can always test if the lamp is too hot with your hand. Keep your hand under the lamp at the same distance that you want it from your plants. Keep your hand here for 1 minute. If it does not feel unpleasant warm then your plants will be fine! Enjoy your grow!

Hello growmies My babies are turning a little yellow and purple on the outside of the leaves, they are 10 days old and I've just been feeding them strait water so far. Is there anything I can do to help them along?

hey brother, how much water have you given them? At this stage I only spray the top soil with a waterpump, maybe around 200ml. while spraying, try not to hit the leaves. You should spray until the soil becomes moist, a little bit on the wetter side, but don't wet it too much and leave it until dry. in these fat pots it is easy to overwater, but there is no point in putting more in, than your ladies can use. happy growin

You should be giving them 500 up to 600 ppm at this stage. In peat and perlite, I feed every 3 to 4 days. Always checking the runoff waters value to make sure your ph and ec are staying in proper range for each. In coco im not sure how often you should be feeding bit coco likes to stay moist. It doesn't need to dry out like other substrates. But by keeping an eye on your ph and ec levels inside your planter, you should be able to figure it out pretty quick., or you can find a good coco grower and follow them.
