cut a chunk off and do what jungle barns said. do a little inspection -- away from the garden. if it is rot, you don't want to needlessly spread a shit ton of spores.
sugar leaves dying is a good sign - they will pull off easily, but will be visible dead before that point. grey or white fuzz underneath the buds along stem is another sign.
if in doubt, be safe.. cut it out. large berth around it. cut it out now; limit spread. see more signs, consider early harvest. imo, it's all trash even if not visibly infected, spores were floating around all over.. the whole things tastes off after that. the outdoor i saw this on and cut large chunks off.. the visibly clean stuff while drying didn't hold up well over time. sometimes you gotta make due, but fuck rot.
