Cawabunga I used Jiffys. They were soaked with water enriched with Rhinobacter and the seeds were placed about 0.5 - 1 cm deep. After 2 to 3 days, the first heads were visible.
The Jiffys were housed in a small cheap propagation greenhouse for 3€ from the hardware store.

Cawabunga The plants look very good and healthy so far. I had to increase the distance to the lamp to 18cm to achieve a DLI of 15-20 for this growth phase. Temperature and humidity are in the optimal range.

I had some concerns since they weren't growing much taller, but that's been sorted out now. It feels like the little plants are doing well.

I'm having a bit of trouble keeping the temperature consistently in the optimal range. Maybe it would be better to move them to the grow box now.

Nice growth - very broad!
Everything else is optimal.
Day 17
Had a bit too low temperature in the basement. So I moved to the big box earlier than planned.
In the box, my SANLight Evo4-120 is hanging, producing enough heat to keep the temperature in the box constant.
Day 18
Today I discovered some brown spots on the lowest leaves. I assume it's a bit of over-fertilization.
I fertilized the plants too early. Should have waited until repotting.
For safety, I opened a grow question.
Day 19
Repotted today. The roots look wonderful. I shouldn't have waited any longer.
I believe they feel at home in their new place.

No, it's appearing all over the plant. But for a calcium deficiency, it actually seems too uniform between the leaf veins. That's more typical for a magnesium deficiency, which would also come with light discolorations.
I'm guessing it's a particularly nice calcium deficiency with an upcoming magnesium deficiency. That should actually progress quite quickly.
Flush the plant with pH and 20 percent runoff. Then water with pH and lightly fertilized water, including a light dose of CalMag. It should start to feel better quickly. If you have it, or can get it quickly... you can mix half a gram of Epsom salt with a liter of water and spray the leaves with it. That will give it magnesium back.

The CalMag has stopped the discoloration of the leaves. The repotting went super well for the plants.
I'm giving them a few days and then I'll do some defoliation (mainly the bottom leaves with discoloration) and topping.

Today I'm removing the lowest old leaves of the plants to get better access when watering and to stop unnecessary growth. Also, I will top the plants above the 5th node. (see pictures)

Everything is normal, they grow about 1 cm every day.
My plan is to make the 3 plants into a SCROG to optimally use the space of 1.20m x 1.20m with just 3 plants.

Yes, the leaves are really drooping. Before I wove the branches into the net, I could weigh the plants to determine the right time to water. The last 2 waterings were estimated and probably too early. I will let the soil dry out completely first and continue to lower the pH level of the water.

Looking at your feeding, I think it shouldn't be an issue. Your issue comes with root rot due to excess moisture near your roots. Give it a couple of days as a dry period, don't worry plants don't need that much water during the vegetative stage.

Petiole and stem discoloration is a clear phosphorus deficiency. It's being caused by your high pH. Lower your pH to 6. I had the same issue in my previous grow. Good luck!
