Tride and true paper towel method. We got sprouts, however, I lost two seeds to heat and only one survived. This was originally supposed be a multi strain run but decided to pop two more of the Red Hot Violets instead. So ill be running 3 of these in 7 gallon pots.
This week I decided to transplant them into 1 gallon pots. They will eventually be going to 7 gallon pots.
They have been steady plants. I am a little late at transplanting as I was in the middle of a 4 plant harvest out of my main tent.
This was another easy week. Again I haven't been able to pay as close of attention as I would have liked
These plants have some yellowing, most likely they are a little hungry and will need to move into their main pots soon.
Wow these plants are ready to go. I decided to go ahead and transplant them into their final 7 gallon pots this week which they loved.
One of these girls was extremely hungry but I feel all that new compost is going go give her what she needs.
Pretty soon after the transplant (if they respond well) I will be topping and taking off the top two fan leaves and use discretion for defoliating as that will need to be done periodically from this point on.
These girls are picking up the pace and loving all the new room in their 7 gallon homes. 🌱
Since the transplant I've been tucking, defoliating, and training these girls to which they have responded very well. I will be giving them water by hand and so far they aren't very needy. 🚰
With the Mars Hydro SP 3500 it is recommended at 18" at 50%. 😎. I love this light so far.
These plants have become vigorous after their transplant into their 7 gallon pots.
I have been tucking and defoliating every other day or so but I feel another week to a week and a half at this pace we should be close to being able to flower.
This week was pretty simple. They got a couple waterings and some training and defoliation. 💧✂️
I'll be readying these girls for 12/12 by slowly cutting down the hours for the week. The plant furthest right is not stretching much at all, and has a weird structure but we will see how she turns out in the end. 💡
The middle plant is nice and healthy but also seems to have stalled a little and I'm hoping she can finish filling in the netting during the stretch. 🌱🌿
The left most plant is healthy and vigorous. 💪😎
These girls have really filled out. I feel like I timed the switch just right ✅.
When Scrogging you have to time it so that you don't overcrowd the space and allow for airflow.✌️
I've given them a single feed of 4 4 4 Down To Earth Vegetable Garden and a third serving of Coast of Maine fish bone meal. 🌱🌿.
My goal for the first weeks of flower are to defoliate, wait a couple days, and defoliate again in order to open up the budsited and allow for better airflow. 😎💪
So, because grow diaries is setup the way it is...... there was a little more that 6 weeks veg time but you can't really factor in those days.... so🤷. I switched sometime in the middle of the week. 😅
Great week for these plants. They are super healthy and moving along right through the early weeks of flower. 🌱
I've only been giving them water as I use organic compost as a meduim and they are very happy. 😎
The plant on the right is already very pungent.😵
Well, unfortunately one of these phenos started throwing out Nannas and sacks so I immideately removed it from the flower tent and into an isolated 2 x 2. 🌱✂️
The other flowers most likely were not effected and I cleaned the tent well. As for the hermed plant, I am going to allow it to finish out as an experiment to see how much this will effect the potency and will, if worthwhile, make all edibles with that plant. 🌱🍫🍪
The other two were checked over very well and are completely healthy. So we will keep this grow moving.
These girls are super healthy moving into later flower stages. I am excited about the growth we are getting with the colas stacking really really well. 💪
The smells are slowly changing from a dull musty smell, to a sweet dank that most definently comes from its cookies lineage 🍪.
Not much training or feeds needed, from here on out its just watch and wait. 😎✌️🌿
These plants are chugging along and putting on weight. Beautiful 😍 colas with oranges purples and dark greens with a ton of frost.
The smells are super sweet dank. All these girls are getting is water from here on out but I have notices the left plant is maturing pretty fast with almost no clear trichomes left at day 38 of flower. 😎
I can already tell how dank these plants will be. The smells are amazing already and incredibly strong. These plants have been very responsive to the training and I am about to start dropping temps to preserve the terpenes and bring out some more color. The plant all the way left in this 2 x 4 tent is already showing signs that it is maturing much faster than the other remaining plant.
These plants have been very easy to grow and the smells are crazy dank.
I can tell one of these girls is going to be on the early side of the timeframe for being ripe.
One of these phenos were on the early side and was able to get harvested at day 59. The other plant got pulled at day 66.
These are some very incredible herbs. I am quite shocked at how great not only the flavor is, but the vibes are perfect. 😎✌️
They smell like red velvet cake, with some sweet piney mix. The high is soft but powerful. I got rid of every other clone mother I had to make room in the reveg tent for the best of these two phenos. ✌️
This is a beautiful strain. Dark violet colors with intense terps of velvety cake with piney darkness. 😁
This is a very complex strain and I think it's my favorite out of all my recent grows 😎🌱
