At this stage I felt frustrated with all the research I had done into growing and training these young plants. Now I just couldn’t decide what to do! Think I will let the genetics do there thing and leave these baby’s alone.

Checking these plants every day before and after work has become a part of my routine, even if I did know what I was looking for I still could not see much of a change!…until I look back at older pics

Plant growth had accelerated this week massively. I debated wether to top the plants but decided to go with a very small amount of LST instead.

I decided to top the gelato and purple punch early this week and leave the zkittlez to go natural. Also pruned some lower shoots to see if they would root in a glass of plain tap water. Later this week I began to get excited as all plants I believe are beginning to flower. Is this too early?

This week I learned all about hydrophobic soil, I don’t think I left it too late before realising these plants where getting big and thirsty. after a good soak to the soil by returning the run off a few times over a couple of hours they bounce straight back to life

After a week away with friends I have returned to find some nice bud growth on all plants. Unfortunately I also seem to have an issue with brown spots developing mainly on the fan leaves to the upper most part of the plants. Most affected is definitely the gelato, 2nd zkittlez with none visable on the purple punch. Time to do some research 🧐 any advice would be welcome 🙏

At fist glance and with my decades of experience, I would say it's a calcium deficit and your best options Make sure your pH is balanced, re-apply a new nutrient mix if necessary. For Coco: Ensure Coco has been buffered with Ca/Mg. Without buffering, Ca and Mg deficiencies are more likely to occur. Organic Solutions: • Egg Shells. When crushed in soil, it will a be a slower release. However, crushed egg shelled, warmed up, mixed with vinegar (1:10) as a foliar spray will be a much quicker way for your plant to recieve calcium • Dolomite Lime • Organical Magic Inorganic Solutions: • CalMag Supplements • Calcium Nitrate

Still very happy with this grow. I have started checking the trichomes for any colour change but all seem to look totally clear
