need a close up of the creature in question. could be a fly, could be a soil mite or something else. If they are not infesting the plant above ground it maybe ok, but not ideal. could try a basic nematode or BTS irrigation to knock their population down. If they where springtails I'd say leave em they do wonders for soil health, but they don't normally crawl on pots. they stay in the medium and come out when watering. Good Luck!

Found some tinyyyy white little bugs crawling everywhere on my plants and soil yesterday, then today I see a bunch of even smaller red/brown bugs EVERYWHERE but mostly bunched up on the calyx! WHAT DO I DO AND WHAT ARE THEY?

I don't think they are aphids, they lack some of the features I identify aphids as, they do look to be a pest and inadvertently getting stuck in the trichomes and dying on you. I normally see aphids with the black spikes coming out of their butt. google brown aphid and look at some closeups and compare it to your bugs. I think you'll find they are different. It kinda looks like a soil mite given its crazy small size. Any time I have had aphids on my plants they do not go for the flowers or highly trichomed areas, they aim for the leaves and the stems of the leaves sometimes the trunk of the plant depending on its age mostly under side of the leaves where the veins are. I think this is something from your medium and they are just exploring and getting stuck. Use a hose and spray most of em off outside, then spray down the plant with regular dish soap and water, let it sit for 10 min and rinse off well. then treat the medium with something call BT or some nematodes. the BT is a bacteria that kills a lot of larva in a bugs life cycle and nematodes are microscopic parasitic worms that eat/kill them in a few different life stages. Can also put a thick later of sand on top to help prevent then from crawling out. Diatomaceous earth also known as (DE) can be mixed into the sand to make it extra effective, its like walking on broken glass in bare feet for them, cuts em open and then they bleed out. however this stuff does not work when its wet, only good if its dry. It can be a respiratory irritant as well so don't go dusting the entire plant and then smoking it. one last step is to get some double sided tape or sticky traps and wrap the trunk of the plant so if anything is trying to crawl up the base of it they are stuck and trapped immediately and not in the buds. Good Luck!

I just realized I started getting these pests after I top dressed with wiggle worm worm castings. They say on the bag it’s a natural insect repellant, could these have possibly been disturbed in the topsoil and decided to make their way up my plants and hangout?

These are not fungus gnats. Please reference my other answers to this same question you have asked in order to deal with them. you need to use something in the medium to knock the population down, BT or nematodes. I would not be spraying neem on the plant at this stage in its life. Neem does not wash off easily and if you intend to smoke this stuff its a bit much, some reports say its active compound is bad for us and can be carcinogenic. Can use neem in the medium though if you wish, I just feel its not as effective as BT or nematoads, Sounds like they came from that bag of worm castings. I have never heard of them being called a repellent to pests. The ones I purchase have commonly been inoculated with spring tails. but the pest in your images is not of springtails, springtails help out soil life. send these images to the place you bought it from and ask them or the manufacture of the product. My best guess is still some sort of soil mite that's venturing up and getting stuck in the trichomes, gotta treat the medium. Good Luck!
