My report starts with the late stage of vegetation. The plant is almost ready to switch to flowering.
This grow is the result of my strange experiment, where I started mainlining to split the plant into 4 colas but then removed 2 of them. It may be difficult to explain in words, but you will see the result on the harvest when everything is cut.
This strain has an "indica"-specific constitution of development, highly branched, with very developed branching, growing in breadth and equally developing colas.
Next, I plan to completely and evenly fill the box with tops, as with SCROG, but without the net.
From now on, the plant is completely ready to switch to flowering stage. I tried to fill the space of the box with colas as tightly as possible, I will make the final bends already in bloom.
I give a very intensive nutrition, before flowering I add more phosphorus and T.A. Bloom Booster (Organic stimulator).
This is the first stage of flowering of the plant, the buds are formed. The height of the tops starts to vary, but I keep an eye on it and make LST folds.
Photos just to understand the progress of the week. Everything is going according to plan, I increased the proportion of phosphorus even more and lowered the proportion of nitrogen in the solution.
I do this to encourage flowering and reduce the smell a bit.
At this stage, my main mistake was that I did not raise the lamp enough above the plant. This caused the tops to turn white. But this is not a problem, in the future they will recover.
I deliberately give a lot of light and a lot of phosphate fertilizers at this stage. The tops stretch out, becoming narrow, which is beneficial for me in a small box. You can see signs of light stress and nitrogen deficiency, but it's all part of the plan.
Buds are rapidly gaining weight. The plant still retains signs of light stress, but this does not prevent it from developing and forming many trichomes.
Since the humidity in the house is high, I try to limit the amount of liquid entering the grow bag. At the same time, the solution that I give is very strong, it is 1300-1500 ppm. Thanks to IZI genetics, that this "indica"-like strain absorbs fertilizer and light so well.
This is the final stage of flowering, at which I add only phosphorus and potassium to the solution (T.A. FinalPart).
The buds are left to ripen quite a bit, after which roots washing will follow.
This is the last day of flowering, followed by harvest.
Buds recovered from light stress, white tops are no longer visible. Everything went as I planned - lots of light and lots of fertilizer for this strain gave me big buds on every cola.
I am completely satisfied with how this variety behaved during training. Mainlining has brought me a significant increase in yield and I am happy with how strong the side colas have grown.
