This is my first ever grow! Cannabis just became legal for home cultivation in the state of Vermont for up to 4 immature plants and 2 mature plants on July 1, 2018. I have some seeds that I got out of a bag of "Grandaddy Purple" that I got from a buddy a few months back. I saved these seeds because I really enjoyed smoking the bud. The bud itself wasn't too purple but it had a very intense grape aroma and the high was very physical and had a heavy stone to it. It did a great job at stopping my anxiety in its tracks and putting me in a great mood as well as helping me sleep and just feel great. I dont currently have any lights or a tent but I plan on aquiring some over the time that I grow.

7/7/18- put 8 seeds under wet paper towel. 5 days later 7 of 8 seeds germinated and I planted in the ground. The next day some woodland critters had pulled them all out of the ground and munched on the cotyledons, I was able to save 4 of them and get them into 4 inch deep plastic dishes with some cheap organic gardening soil. Attempting to start outside by leaving outside during day and bringing inside at night.
@HighTV, Thanks for checking in!! I've definitely made my fair share of mistakes with this one since it's my first grow but this strain has been extremely forgiving and has been a fantastic one to learn on. I definitely want to run this strain again but next time I really want to get some actual Kens GDP from Seedsman instead of running bag seed. If mine comes out looking anything like yours Im going to be a very happy guy!
It turned out to be a mite called hypoaspis miles. I thought they were spider mites and spent like two weeks trying to kill them until I found out that they were beneficial and kill fungus gnats haha
