larryjones This week (actually it was almost two weeks, but I decided to post it as one week since the vegetation stage only really began a wee bit after planting) I planted the seed into the pot and covered it with a 200ml plastic cup in which I made 3 holes, each about 0.5 cm in diameter, at about 80% of the cup's height. I added moisture to cup and to the soil using a pulverizer about 2 times a day. At first I was really scared since I accidentally covered the seed with two much soil when planting it, but it grew so strongly that it pushed out a small chunk of soil on its leaves 😁 I forgot to make a photo of that unfortunately. Since the moment the plant showed from under the earth, I enabled the timed lights (the cycle is 18h a day on, 6h a day off) and started watering the plant. After I saw that it continued growing and developed the two initial leaves, I started gradually adding nutrients to the water. I was too high to buy a measuring tool 😁 so I'm eyeballing the quantity of nutrients to about 1mL/L. So far the plant is growing well, I'm a bit concerned since the height is not increasing too much, but the leaves seem healthy and they are definitely growing, so I'll see how it goes. Thank you for reading, any advice will be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻

larryjones haven't posted in a long time, felt so lazy all the time! but today i switched the lights to the 12/12 cycle, so I thought an update is called for. an important thing to note is that about a week ago, i switched tents for my two grows (see my other diary, "Big Pot Indoors" - the names are misleading now btw...) since one of the plants was gaining in height but not too much in volume, and the other was doing the opposite, and with the difference in tent sizes, it seemed logical. it seems to have worked well! i also did a bit of LST on this one when i changed tents - nothing much, just used a net to space the quite dense branches around. i have since removed the net, but you can kinda see the consequences on the photos - seems like branches are a bit more sparse now, just like i wanted!

larryjones now this plant is turning out a lot better than my other one. probably because it started in a small tent and moved to a big one, not the other way around. i recently atarted adding PH Perfect Bloom to the water, we'll see how it affects the flowering. overall, seems like the yield won't be too bad, which brings me a lot of hope :D
