For whatever reason I my ladies always seen to be slow starter. This is end of week 2 and the tropical is about 3” and the cotton candies only have one set of leafs.
Beginning of week 4 and the tropical cookies is starting to catch its stride and has took the topping well. The 2 cotton candies are still slow going but 🤞 they catch up and I can flower all 3 in same tent.
Wrapping up week 4 I kept training the larger girl in hopes they all become the same height prior to flower. Beginning of week 5 they all got transplanted. The tropical cookies went into her final 10g pot and the 2 cotton candies went into half gallons.
End of week 5 and starting of week 6 I transplanted one of the cotton candies to it’s final container and the other smaller one went into a gallon pot. Going give that another week or so before I transplant to its final and will probably give them the flip in about 2weeks.
Been training the tropical cookies pretty aggressively to keep her low. The other 2 have been getting some light LST in hopes they catch up to same height.
Beginning of week8 I put the trellis net up. Grandpa cookies was topped but the 2 cotton candies were not. Not the best way to go about SCROGGING but going try my best to make it work.
Going flip them to flower later this week
Finishing up week9 of Veg. After some
Consideration I decided to give the tropical cookies the net to herself in the 3X3. Moved the cotton candies into a 2x3 and did a defoil on all the plants to prepare them for flower.
Light top dress with some earth worm castings to give the girls some extra nutrition for the stretch.
Flipping 12/12 on 9/1/23
Flipped the ladies into flower on 9/1/23 and just wrapped up first week of flower. I’ve grown these before and they don’t really start their stretch until wk2-3 of flower so havnt seen much more growth than I saw during Veg.
Definitely made the right call and giving the tropical cookies her own tent/SCROG since just that one will easily fill the tent. Other 2 are in a 2x3 with a Mars Hydro TS1000 150W LED.
Finishing up wk2 of flower and they got their stretch on past couple days. Did some super cropping on the 2 cotton candies to keep height in check since I don’t have much room in the spare tent.
The tropical cookies I started to let her grow up instead of horizontal and did a quick defoil to clean her up.
End of week3. The tropical cookies are showing a slight issue and thinking it was light too close since the 2 in other tent arnt showing any issues. So don’t think it’s an issue with their feeding. 🤞 after raising the light it doesn’t get any worse.
Wrapping up week 5. Whatever deficiency/toxicity/Ph imbalance that was going on with the tropical cookies seems to have stopped so hopefully she stays semi healthy for the last few weeks of flower.
