I wanted to try again with growing an auto outside. This time i'm going to put it out as soon as I can. I germinated by using a paper towel soak in 1% hydrogen peroxide solution and put the seed in. After 3 days I had a good size tap root and dropped it in a 1 gallon pot with Build A Soil Light soil.
Put the plant outside nice and early this time to avoid the same issues I had with stunting it like my last try with autos. Hopefully it gets to a decent size even though it's pretty late it the year.
Nothing special this week, just watered daily when it didn't rain. It's starting to pick up speed on its growth so hopefully it will hit a few feet tall.

Last week of veg. Unfortunately it looks like I messed up with an auto again. I'm not sure if it's too much water, transplanting in general, or planting so late in the season. This girl didn't want to get much higher than this. I gave a bit of a larger than normal feeding of Gaia Green this week and did a bit of LST to try and get a bit extra growth.
8/27 - 9/3
Didn't have much time to get pictures this week. Got to get a good smell of the buds and it's got a very loud gassy smell starting that is really nice.
9/4 - 9/10
Nothing much to note this week, buds are just starting to fill out some more and get to a nicer size. I'm hoping to get a semi decent yield despite the size of the plant. So far though the smells are extremely promising. Not much just being near it but soon as you touch it, it's pretty loud.
9/11 - 9/17
Not much going on this week. Seems like it's getting close to finishing soon so I'll probably start checking trichomes next week. Still smells amazing though, super excited to try it.
9/18 - 9/24
Last week of this grow. Again unfortunately it didn't turn out how I'd like but I'll take it as a learning experience and a little teaser to these genetics. She smells really nice so I'm excited to give it a try.
She came out pretty airy and small but it was definitely grower error and I will grow it out again next year. Smoke was decent but very mild on the terps.
Grats on your first Auto harvest! I know you say you didnt get what you wanted, but this is a nice journal for the next time. I have never grown Autos, so Thank you for sharing.
@Insaniac_0, Thank you! It was definitely a learning curve for me coming from photoperiods and growing indoors normally but my current autos arent amazing but are much better than this grow turned out so id like to think im learning lol.
