My plants are experiencing some heat stress and my light is currently at 28 inches distance and thinking to lower it but it could hurt more the plants since I just did some LST and topping. Is it okay to lower it down to like 25 inches? What is the best height distance? TY! :)

Your light is not 1000W, It looks to be something along the lines of a SF1000 and that is a 100W led light growdiaries.com/diaries/177406-grow-journal-by-cyborg420/week/995373 You can move it down to 25" and it will be ok. even at 100%. If you want you can update your diary with your lights model. Or make note of it in the diary its self. But I am 100% certain that light is not pulling 1000W from the wall. One thing to note when growing autos. Its best not to do anything that is high stress, This includes topping or transplanting or over/under watering or feeding to much/strong concentrations. all these things can negatively affect the root zone and cause the auto flower to go into early flower, putting a huge dint into your overhead for yield vs time invested. Good Luck!

I've observed salt build-up and nutrient burn in my plants recently. I've taken action by flushing and removing 60% of the affected leaves. Now, I'm considering whether to remove the remaining affected leaves and when to proceed with top dressing. Please advise.

In my view enough removing leaves, she started blooming, she needs the leaves, new leaves wouldn't grow, and is an auto try not to stress her too much. For feeding cut the dose so you won't have nuts burn ๐Ÿป
