Kosher cake most prob one to two weeks for bulking and ripening, Iโll wait till itโs fat before harvesting.
Strawberries pie #1 maybe another 3-4 weeks to finish off.
And last one about 5 -6 weeks more
All in all not bad not worrying about where to dry it
