Si yo he retrasado mi floracion. Solo vasta con poner un foco no muy potente sobre tu planta por la noche. Mucha suerte.

ladies and gentlemen. please tell me if I should switch to flowering now or continue to veg for a week? no signs of pistils yet, although alternating nodes. I dont need a 2m plant, more around 1 meter max. would love to hear your opinions, any advice is welcome. namaste. πŸ™

The mainlining is well done. Give it another week to get one more node on each shoots, the plant will have a few more flowers without getting oversized.

pyrethrine-base concentrate would probably be a better option for an ongoing issue. also some sticky traps. anything that develops from larvea in the medium can be controlled wtih "BTi" -- common brand is mosquito dunks or mosquito bits. the latter is a top-dress application. neem is fine. it needs to be applied every 7-14 days to be effective, so if oyu do apply it before flower, it's not lasting the entire time. very limited options in flower if you care about your lungs and overall health.

some of the the lowest growth shoots started to stretch outwards (some stayed short).ideally I would prefer one nice long bud.should I remove them? (maybe 2 or 3 in total)or better to wait until 21 days flowering. probably should not defoliate for another week right? thanks!

a lot of that depends on the intended size of the plant etc etc.. your familiarity with your enviornment as far as how deep you get good weed into canopy.. outdoors, i would not trim much off. unlike indoor, the lower buds can easily be swimmign in 2000 umol/s of PAR. It's not teh same context as indoors where just 12-24" into canopy can be an extremely reduced umol/s intensity of PAR. (Photosynthetically active radiation = PAR - lol or close enough, it's off the top of my head) So, for an outdoor plant, trainign and spreading it out is the best way to go. when budsites form, if you see sparse amounts of pistils on some lower growth tips, you can change your mind at that time... but these will only be the heavily shielded areas of plant. leaves power growth and buds... only remove what you must and have a good reason to do so. same with growth tips.. outside most will be useful.

how did I do with defolitation? i think it should be okay but juuust checkin. also, how many nodes do you usually leave per mainline branch? for branches non alternating (interesting), left 4-5 paired nodes for tight alternating branches left 8-10 or so

Its outdoors maybe you over did it ;))) Light of sun is most powerful, so she can penitrate way deeper than any light indoors. Same will be with cola lenght, small lolipoping is smart, for better air movement and stuff, but you dont need to trim high. I would be taking inside of canopy ( or to center of it ) looking leaves, all outside looking i would leave. Now its too late. She will drink a bit less , so lift pot, dont get yourself to overwatering. Good luck !
