The spots on the leaves are happening because the plant is suffering from a Calcium deficiency/lockout just looking at the leaves you can tell.

Most of the leaves are dry or yellowed. At the end of last week's heat wave, growth began at the top of the buds, with new pistils appearing. Trichomes are not yet mature. Fertilization was reduced and a calcium additive was added to the substrate. Should I harvest?

The yellow leaves here are a sign of senescence: the plant is at the end of its life.
That and given the trichomes, I think it's time to harvest. ^^
