Lvan046 Gave a bit of citrus feed nutrients this week, can definitely see it made a difference. Quite a bit more growth. Moved the single 16w grow light closer too so will see. Will repot into final pit in about a week or so

Lvan046 No more light at night, just window sill sun. They're small and I think one is starting to flower. No watering since transfer to big pot. Will wait till it dries some more.

Lvan046 I realised I made a big mistake since week 2. When I moved them to the other part of the house in bigger pots I assumed they were getting direct sunlight but only now I realise they were receiving almost no direct sunlight. For the last week I have been placing the plants outside where they rwceing about 8 hours direct sunlight. Will see what we end up with.

If you're really in week 7, this plant is stunted and the leaves are burnt. I'm no expert, but from the photos, I would say the substrate hasn't been right, the root system hasn't developed at all, and being so small, they must have burnt with the nutrients since they don't have a sufficient root system to absorb water and nutrients. In a more or less normal situation, this size of 20 cm should be reached by week 3-4. Don't bother with any training; for an auto, it's too late to try to save the plant. You'll get very few buds, and they'll be small and not compact. And even though at first, they might seem decent on the plant, once dried and they lose water, they'll be nothing. I'm telling you from personal experience.

Hello, my tip is to definitely water after transplanting, because only then can the roots spread into the new substrate.
