This is not a failure, buddy, this is a lesson, you're a good gardener, one of the best! Not so much to quantity but quality is more important !!! ๐ชGsc is a beast indoor try it ๐
It's sad to hear you say that. Your first and last attempt at autos. They have their place some people like them some people don't. You got to admit shithappens fast. I've grown a bunch. And there is a lot of different ones out there. But I also like my photo plants. My votes for you. Good luck๐๐
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, yeah don't give it up try again when you feel right. You know there's tricks to everything. You know what you're doing. You're an excellent grower. I'm probably going to do another 12 Auto grow come this fall I like them in the winter. The cold really makes the colors pop . That's about my Max at one time. I think I'm going to go for topping all of them. And then lollipoping them.๐๐
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, yeah they should do a lot better in a more controlled environment. I'm growing mind indoor if you want to drop by and take a look and maybe give me a few pointers
@CANNASIM,has it is my first Autoflowering I'll let it grow naturally !
It's a 100% organic grow , I've just given some roots boosters for start and that's it!
She's in a good soil , and gets watered with rainwater.
I wanna try the taste and effect to compare, even if I only get a bag from this plant it doesn't really matter now ๐
I think she will surprise you when she really starts to grow and stretch and flower. Atleast I was really impressed how big and nice my GSC's turned out even though I had my troubles at the beginning and was thinking that I've screwed up the whole grow. :D
Hey B4RNS, usually autos do from 15 to 35g dry in outdoor with limited light and organic / basic fert(i have used a neudorf all the way for example), from the autos i did it fluctuate in this range, the NL for example with no issues got 1/3 of the size than the indoor with the issues you im having... Of course there are exeptions. ๐๐๐ป Happy growing!
Nice weather up there at the North Pole! I'll be curious to see what you think of the smoke, as I'm debating whether to grow autos or more photoperiods for the fall.
@TheFairyBudMother,personally I think that photoperiode plants are more easy to control, auto's are advanced plants they grow fast but you get no control on them, you just have to stay out of there way and let it grow.
@FAST_BUDS, it's my first Autoflowering, I've chosen you guys because you're the best Autoflowering Bank, with trusted genetics Strains, but I feel like that I'm failing ๐ฐ
How does the genetics life cycle works ? What triggers the transition from Veg to Flowering ? Is it just coded whatever the amount of photosynthesis period ?
@FAST_BUDS, That's the most complete and concise explanation about autos I've got so far! Thanks! I'm running different autos organic in my garden this year and I observed about the same sequence for growing. In my case they got really little light and colder temps so they took a while to start blooming.
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, I feel we can leave them longer out to flower when they're outdoors. Now I just removed 2 smaller buds that started to rot on my Auto NL and will watch carefully. I'm thinking to harvest what I see is ready and let the lower secundary buds grow and mature a few more weeks.
@FAST_BUDS,alright, I got it, if I knew I would have charge it with enzymes, mycorrhizae, thricoderma, humic and fulvic acids.
The next one would be much better ๐
Hi, @JUNGLE_B4RNS, Sorry, we missed your comment! Well, it's a pity you didn't enjoy this excellent strain. Like all the things in this life, it's practice. Next ones will be better for sure. Photoperiod growers need some adaptation time in order to grow autos. Not exactly the same. But you'll get better results soon, for sure. It's all about @Teamdirtbag2 told you. Thanks bro.
The cycle is pretty simple. The usual is the first 3-4 weeks only growth. Then, it starts flowering and during 2-3 weeks it grows and flowers at the same time. The last weeks it stops growing and it's just fattening buds. The transition to flower depends on the roots. When they find the bucket's limit, they start flowering. You can find some strains flowering in the first 3 weeks as well if they are fast. It's a matter of phenos usually. Time will make all the autos more stable like happened with the photoperiods decades ago.
Thanks for asking and keep growing autos, leave them in the veg tent so they are great to combine with the photos. They are totally compatible. You'll have a great and potent variety of weed in a few time while de photoperiods finish. It's just a suggestion, tho. :D
Enjoy!
