Nutrients are mixed per quart of water. Going off of runoff, I have increased the feeding to about 2 quarts of feed water. I have been lazy about checking the PPM of the run off but I have not had any issues with deficiencies thankfully.

For LST I just started tucking the larger fan leaves to expose the lower branches. Nothing too much yet.
