Starting "light touch" low stress training 3 weeks after planting seeds in soil.
My research suggested a light touch is best for autos because they go into flower so quickly.
Since starting this grow, I've seen videos of people who do extensive and impressive LST with autos and am not sure what makes sense.
Regardless, I think I could have done a better job with LST, particularly as regards creating a flat canopy across the top.
