I almost ended up losing the whole crop. A fan was left on and blowing directly into the buds in the drying room for a few days as I was out on vacation so she is very over dried, it''''s a shame. But still smells and hits great. So I feel she''''s giving way more than I deserve for the mistake. Fantastic mellow body high and very potent as well, will get better with cure for sure. Will grow again to make it up even though it was airy buds, they could''''ve had better consistency with better care. Still give her a solid 7/10.
@MaryJaneMD, My buds are dry too soon also, 3 to 4 days, that's the bare minimum for healthy buds. I will try paper bags to see if I can extend at least 2 days more to make it around 6 or 7. It's been tough to manage this time-frame, think about slower the better that's one aspect not worth speeding up as you'll end up loosing quality, aspect, consistency and just body overall.
@CaciqueCayacoa, how long do you usually dry, if you don't mind me asking? For me, the buds become very crispy dry by 3-4 days and I'm not sure if I am drying it right or not, after 3-4 days, I put them into a mason jar with a Boveda pack RH at 62%. I have some northern lights that's been curing for about a week and a few days but I have no idea if they've been cured right. I am a nub...
@MaryJaneMD, I liked it a lot, very kushy with that sweet berries. I try to cure at least a week but I didn't do it with her, I messed up the drying process and ended up loosing a big part of the harvest to over dry.
@CaciqueCayacoa, well that's a nice surprise! I can't wait to see the yield of this baby! Did you change anything before that stretch that could have triggered it? (Just fed it, light moved further or something ?)
@Yogsothoth, I can't really explain what went wrong as I did not expected that growth so fast and so tall... But anyhow, I believe that was the final stretch. She's into full bloom now. It was bushy but not so bushy anymore almost overnight ๐
