Day 36
Looks like flowering has just started to begin, hoping to have some stretch before budset really starts but may not see too much stretch with the temperature being so low as I understand low temperatures can lead to less stretch which would make these quite small
Day 37
Over the last few days since I stopped bottom watering I have been monitoring the runoff and it has been consistently low (input 1.0ec/5.8 ~output 0.5ec/6.0) so today I ran approximately 1 gallon through each of the plants In an effort to close the gap a touch , this resulted in a runoff of 0.8ec/5.9 which is closer to what I think it should be. I will continue to monitor with regular fertigation over the next couple days and see if it stays put or drops again , at which point I will adjust the feed accordingly.
Day 40
Runoff is still low coming out at .5 ec lower than input roughly, I’m going to increase the feed a touch gradually it is currently at 1.1ec and there doesn’t seem to be any significant issues with the plants they have been slightly different shades of green since they sprouted. I have noticed some slight bleaching on the tips of the newest growth which I believe is light stress, I have raised the light and lowered the intensity of the light to roughly 280ppfd using the Photone app will monitor for the next few days
@Lemonhazelover, thank you. So far so good, other than a few leave with some minor necrosis it has gone pretty well. They seem to be growing a bit slow though, but I’m just going to do my best to keep them healthy and happy .
Hey there. May i ask you a question. I have been growing in soil for years... but i dont know shit about coco. Do i have to water coco daily and keep it saturated all the time? No dry days? Totally different compared to soil. So i dont have to be scared to overwater if if habe enough perlt?
