Ok so these are some freebies from Mephisto seeds . They are a cross of (Creme de la Chem x sour Stomper) x Creme de la Chem I have Nick named it Sour Creme. They were soaked for 8 hours then put in paper towel until the tap showed it’s self, they were then put in rapid rooter plugs and left until the root was showing at the bottom then placed in a solo cup with Coco and Perlite.

Day 8 So far so good, seeing steady growth each day. Fertigation 2x a day to runoff with 0.6ec/5.8 ph solution Day 10 Steady growth from these two I am going to wait until they are a little bigger to transplant them into 2 Gallon pots which will be their final home Day 13 Plants were transplanted into their final pots today 2 gallon Autopots. I will decide over the coming week weather or not to use the Autopots as intended or to continue to top water the whole way

Day 15 Growing small bits daily, they have started to push roots to the bottom of the pot Day 16 Both plants topped today, no signs of any pistils yet , I’m hoping that I can get another week out of these before they show sex as this will let them grow a bit Day 18 Plants have shown no issue since topping and transplanting, roots are already to the bottom of the pots. I think I will attempt to use the Autopots as they are Intended but I am going to let them root a bit more , I am going to start to bottom water shortly to encourage the roots

Day 22 Plants are looking good, starting to see more roots at the bottoms of the pots, still not sure if I am going to use the Autopots, I would like to but really don’t want to fuck these up. I will most likely give it a shot as I know many others using them and they get monsters. Day 24 Decided to conduct a little experiment, one of the plants I cut the fans along the main stem and the second I left intact, interested to see how this effects growth

Week 5 Plants have been looking a little sickly for a while now. I have abandoned the auto pot after feeding from the bottom for the last week it always seems to bring issues with my plants. It could be coincidental but it’s not the first time I get some yellowing and such after starting to water from the bottom in anticipation of using the Autopot aqua valves. I have upped the feed a touch, I was feeding at .8ec/5.9ph and getting about .5 /6.3 out of the bottom I am now feeding closer to 1ec /5.8ph and getting .8/6.0 from the runoff while feeding from the top. It’s also worth mentioning that the temperature in the Cab has been lower than I would like (69-72) as the heat in my apartment has not yet come on due to repairs being made but not yet completed.

Day 36 Looks like flowering has just started to begin, hoping to have some stretch before budset really starts but may not see too much stretch with the temperature being so low as I understand low temperatures can lead to less stretch which would make these quite small Day 37 Over the last few days since I stopped bottom watering I have been monitoring the runoff and it has been consistently low (input 1.0ec/5.8 ~output 0.5ec/6.0) so today I ran approximately 1 gallon through each of the plants In an effort to close the gap a touch , this resulted in a runoff of 0.8ec/5.9 which is closer to what I think it should be. I will continue to monitor with regular fertigation over the next couple days and see if it stays put or drops again , at which point I will adjust the feed accordingly. Day 40 Runoff is still low coming out at .5 ec lower than input roughly, I’m going to increase the feed a touch gradually it is currently at 1.1ec and there doesn’t seem to be any significant issues with the plants they have been slightly different shades of green since they sprouted. I have noticed some slight bleaching on the tips of the newest growth which I believe is light stress, I have raised the light and lowered the intensity of the light to roughly 280ppfd using the Photone app will monitor for the next few days

Day 43 Plant # 1 - Has been stretching still and is getting a little tall now, hoping this one stops stretching and starts filling out soon. I did some HST (squeezing and bending) then some adjustments on the anchors to even the top out hopefully over the next few days the tops start pointing straight up again and helps control the remaining stretch. Plant #2 - has begun stretching a bit more now and has been showing much larger leaf production, i thinned this one out and selectively pruned some lower growth to help it focus some energy upwards , hoping this one stretches a little more to even out with the other plant, right now I have it propped up approximately 3 inches as it had fallen behind its sister. PAR at the canopy is approximately 280~300 according to the Photone app. Day 48 These plants are still stretching!! Man these things are going to be too big for my space, I’m going to have to expand my grow a bit I believe. Over the next week I will be grabbing a 2x4 tent and swapping over to that. I’m going to go with the gorilla shorty as it gives me some options height wise and should be sufficient for my style of growing.

Day 50 Unbelievably these plants are still getting taller, I am going to have to get a taller space in the next few days Day53 Plant #1 is 24 inches now and is only 8 inches from the light. Plant #2 is 17 inches. Both are looking pretty healthy couple of spots on one leaf I attribute it to bottom feeding for a few days but I have gone back to traditional watering now . I will have a new space soon which will have much more room Day 57 Decided to get another cabinet instead of a tent. It has been setup but is still a work in progress, I still have to light proof it so it doesn’t leak light out, I’m not as concerned with light leaking in as I am having it getting out as I only really grow autos but I am happy with the extra headspace

Day 57 A new week a new space, they are now In the new cabinet which has much more vertical space for growth, I had some light burn on a few leaves which should subside now. They are starting to build a little now hopefully they will get nice and full. I expect another 30 days a least to finish so that would put me around 90 days. Day 61 Plants are looking good, still slowly bulking up, seeing lots of Trichome which is nice hopefully these will continue this and become some frost monsters

Day 64 Plants are cruising along now bulking up and starting to fill in . Definitely two different phenotypes, one is way more broad leaved , shorter and fruity the other is much taller with more of an hybrid leaf structure and has an earthy smell currently. Both are fairly covered with Trichomes Day 65 Bulking up and frosting up but still seems a bit slow to me. I have a few copper/rust spots on some leaves they are very sporadic but see to be on old growth so I’m thinking phosphorus but it’s not serious I have dropped the calcium potion of my nutes a touch.

Day 73 Going well this week many of the pistils are shriveling up, trichomes on the taller one are mostly cloudy with the shorter one having a bit more clear trichomes. I’m thinking another week or so and they will be done

@Lemonhazelover, thank you. So far so good, other than a few leave with some minor necrosis it has gone pretty well. They seem to be growing a bit slow though, but I’m just going to do my best to keep them healthy and happy .

Hey there. May i ask you a question. I have been growing in soil for years... but i dont know shit about coco. Do i have to water coco daily and keep it saturated all the time? No dry days? Totally different compared to soil. So i dont have to be scared to overwater if if habe enough perlt?
