According to the pic: what do you reco? Defoliation? Level up the net? Also I have so under colas that reach light difficulty - should I get rid of them?

Your diary indicate you're in the 5th week of flowering⦠but your plants are clearly not. You shouldn't play with light schedule: when you switch from 18/6 to 12/12, don't go back to a 14/10 the next week and 12/12 the week after.
So, because you're technically not in flowering but stuck in between, I wouldn't recommend defoliation yet.

@Green_Man_420, I finally got my humidifier and dammmmn it works just perfectly π It keeps the tent at 74% humidity with air extractor on
My next build-up: swap the air pipes for isolated ones and isolate the extractor. Work in progress! π οΈ
