This week she's been growing very well, and also responding nicely to LST and defoliation. Looking forward to the progress over the next few weeks and watching her mature! Here are the updates since the last grow diary:

I was advised to put my xs1000 on 50% power for the first week, did you dim yours?

@Trevorargile, my lights don't have a dimmer option so I use distance to canopy to adjust intensity. In early veg I have the light about 14-16 inches away to prevent them from stretching. In veg in about 18-22 inches away and in flower 12-14 inches away.
