Here we go ladies and gentlemen! The start of another grow and another Journey, A Journey Through Growth. Nupeddler was gracious enough to send me out some of their genetics and I was thrilled to get these girls into some soil. We started them out in some peat based organic soil with teaspoon of Stonington plant food on the bottom layer of soil and a teaspoon of Growing Organic bokashi on the top layer. This is my secret weapon for amazing strong seedlings lol. Anyways, they popped through the soil today and we're just gonna let them do their thing for the next few weeks and we'll go from there. Can't wait to see how these girls do and I hope you guys stick around. See ya next week.

So here we are, wrapping up the first week of veg for these little gal's and I'm happy with the growth so far for sure. Was a bit skeptical of the new soil but we're looking pretty good. Nice positive growth and good color in the leaves besides a little over watering but that happens with a new medium that you're not quite used to using. Regardless their getting their roots established and we'll see some nice growth after the first couple weeks when we have a decent root zone under the soil. I water with quillaja every watering and LABS every other watering for the added microbes and it really does amazing things for young plants and getting roots going. We won't be feeding much in the line of veg nutrients as I already amended her soil before planting so it's basically a water only until we transplant. Thanks for stopping by and we'll see ya next week.

Welcome back to week two. The girls are doing great in there one gallon bags and loving life! I gave them a nice watering with JADAM microbial solution the other day to help out with those roots and build up those immunities 😉. I had a little trouble getting used to this new medium but I'm getting the hang of it and how much water it needs so I think we're good now and we shouldn't see anymore drooping leaves. That was my fault...little too much water. Regardless we're just watching these babies do their thing for now. Couple more weeks and then we'll transplant to five gallons and move them over to the big tent! From what I can see on the limited leaves we have, it looks like we're going to have some near perfect 50/50 hybrids....they may lean a bit one way or the other but I doubt it's going to be that severe on way side. These look very good so far. Beautiful little ladies, indeed. Well we'll see ya next week.

Here we are at the end of another week. The girls are looking great, with nice growth, color and honestly the really impressed with how similar they are both growing characteristic wise(so far). That's a good sign for an s1, that they're going to be genetically similar and that's what you want in an s1. Can't wait to see how these ladies look with some flowers in the future...let's not get ahead of ourselves though lol. Still a lot of work to do. Thanks for stopping by and checking out these youngens. See ya next week.

Here we go! Another week of veg down and out, with good positive growth, great vibrant color and the ladies are starting to branch out from under the fan leaves. I'd say it was a great week all around for sure. We're definitely going to have to transplant either next week or sometime during this week. Most likely the beginning of next week I'll transplant them into five gallons fabric pots and start the diary, Give them two more weeks of veg and then are where we're at for bloom. I'm going to be sticking with the coast of Maine for this run and see how well that takes them into flower them switch over to Pride Lands. Keep it simple. Thanks for stopping by and we'll see ya next week!

So it's the end of week 5, and unfortunately the plants are a little pissed off at me. And that's my fault because I just topped them and kind of watered them a little bit too much trying to get the fresh soil moist enough after transplanting them. One is in a 5 gallon and the other is in three. But I'm sure they will bounce right back after this week. They both have fresh coast of Maine and growing organic bokashi. Tablespoon of Coast of Maine, tablespoon growing organic per gallon. We'll just keep a close eye on them but they're looking pretty good all in all and the transplant was needed. The big tent is going to be cleared out soon and we'll move the girls in for good soon. See ya next week!

Alright so the girls are looking a lot better but are still suffering a bit of stress from treating them for gnats.... unfortunately it also takes away from the beneficial microbes as well and I'm currently trying to re-establish the population of them and get these girls back in order. That's where the Bokashi and LABS come in, as well as JMS and KNF ferments. These girls will be back at it in no time. They still have time since I have more seedlings that need to veg so we're looking good and we have plenty of nutrients so no worries. Thanks for checking on us and we'll see ya next week.

So same with the little girl, these two have had a rough week fighting with gnats with me and right now they kinda have some residue on their leaves so they look a little ragged and well they are because of the damage that the gnat larva did to the feeder roots in the top layer of soil. But I think I finally have it under control and now I'm getting the microbes back into the soil with a nice top dress and ferment watering since Growing Organic was gracious enough to send me some amazing products to help out with my grows. I should have these girls back at it in no time as long as these gnats are kept at bay. I also start some LST to help broaden the canopy which looks good but will look better with time. That's that for now. Thanks for checking on us.

So great news, we finally have beat back the gnats and the girls are looking a lot better. I have them a fresh top dress of nutrients some good quinoa SST and Alfalfa Ferment from Growing Organic to give them a nice boost and that seemed to do the trick as far as getting some enzymes and growth hormones to the roots. She's a little discolored still from the treatments and the gnat larvae that were eating her feeder roots but that will come back with a little more care and some added LABS and JMS root drenches. These two had a rough start but they we won't give up on them! We'll see ya next week.

Alright, so the girls are almost ready for bloom! Just one more week and of care and they're good to go I think. I ended up giving them something a little more wholesome since the other nutrients weren't cutting it....so I went with the good ol craft blend and threw down some Growing Organic Bokashi Bloom. That seems to be getting them back in order and ready for flower, so next week it is. I also watered them with a homemade quinoa FSST which is rich in growth hormones and enzymes, amino acids etc, mixed with WSC. Those gnats did quite the damage! Anyways thanks for stopping by and we'll see ya next week when we put these ladies in bloom.

Alright so here we go! It's time to send these girls into Flower and they're ready for it! After treating them for gnats and finally getting them beaten back, I was sent this amazing compost tea made from Alpaca manure and beneficials! All the damage that was done is like it almost never happened and I can't wait to get more of the stuff for the rest of flower(highly recommend!). It restored everything that was lost and gave my living soil the boost I was looking for, for sure. I also gave them some more BAS Craft Blend and Growing Organic Bokashi Bloom to get them through the transition into flower. Soon I'll be giving them some insect Frass Ferment as well from Growing Organic that is amazing from I've heard. Thanks for sticking around and we'll see you after the first week of flower!

So here we go at the end of the first week of flower. The girls are looking amazing for sure! They're starting to get their stretch going and have done a complete turn around from where they were before bloom. I'm very pleased with where they are at right now and I just put down some pride Lands Bloom on the one in the smaller container because she has less room to work with and I put down some build a flower in the 5 gallon. They both were given some Insect Frass Ferment from Growing Organic which is awesome as you can see and we'll continue using that along with some cannabis JLF that I made. I've also started them on the Athena foliar spray regiment ( Stack and IPM twice a week), which I'm loving the response from so far. Really good kelp extract and the plants go crazy for it in transition to flower. Alright well we'll see ya in week 2!

Alright so just like with the other Runtz S1 we're going to get these two girls caught up to the week they are on...week 2. They're both sitting around 3 feet tall but the 5 gallon I trained down a bit shorter and the 3 gallon is actually stretching quite profoundly! I'm pretty sure she's about done though but I had to supplement her feed with some Athena because of the size of her pot and how big she decided to get. Plus she just wants food and she has no more room so I was always wanting to see if I could mix organic with synthetic so I'm going to. The 5 gallon was given a top dress of build a flower from BAS and some Growing Organic Bokashi Bloom. They both are watered with q20 and were given some insect Frass Ferment from Growing Organic as well which they love. I may have to put down something for the 5 gallon in a week or two but until then, thanks for stopping by and we'll see ya next week!

Here we are, wrapping up week 3 of flower for these two Runtz S1 by Nupeddler and damn are they looking good! Smelling good too. The little girl has made her switch over to Athena blended quite nicely and I'm still giving her the frass ferment like the others so she's getting beneficial microbes and bacteria still....this should be an interesting grow I think 🤔. The five gallon is all set for nutrients in the soil for now. Might give her a top dress next week again if the same Pride Lands but other than that we're continuing the frass ferment and compost teas every other week as needed. That's the ish imo! This week we should see these girls start to stack up pretty nicely so let's go!! We'll see ya next week.

Alright, we're wrapping up week 4 of bloom and these two girls are stacking up the flower beautifully! I'm digging the structure, the resin production and the the smells coming off of these two. Definitely starting to come into their own for sure. The smell is very funky ⛽ with a background of sweet candy/citrus. I can't wait to see how they look in full bloom. I'm giving credit to the insect Frass Ferment for the amazing resin and smells we're getting so far. Highly recommend. CollinT is my discount code at growingorganic.com 😉 use it for whatever your heart desires! Even BAS products! Anyways that's it for now, just continue with the Ferment and a casting tea or wizard brew tea twice a month until harvest. The smaller container is getting the Athena blended line. ( full line )

Here are at the end of another week and damn are these girls looking scrumptious! Seriously though, they are impressive all around. Both of them have stacked up beautifully and are starting to fill in and bulk up for us. These girls will probably go the distance for sure...about 9-10 weeks I'm thinking till their ripe for harvest. But I'll tell you one thing, they smell friggin awesome! The terps are flowing full force right now from that insect Frass Ferment from Growing Organic. You have to get your hands on some (CollinT is the discount code at growingorganic.com). This is Runtz at its finest in my opinion. Straight ⛽🍬! The buds look so delicious too, like candy, straight up lol. Great all around plant and I can't wait to see her in the next few weeks. Here we are at the end of week 6, flower and things are moving along great. Both pheno's are nice and stacked up, especially for a runtz strain, and I'm absolutely loving the way they're packing on flowers! Already coated in resin and getting more as the days get closer to harvest. The smell is straight Runtz cannabis... heavy funky gasy candy with amazing tropical citrus undertones! A beautiful mix of gelato and zkittles...I can't wait to smoke these lovely girls. I ended putting down some pride lands in the five gallon with more Kashi bloom to take her the rest of the way through flower. I'm continuing the Growing Organic Insect Frass Ferment for both of them because that stuff rocks! And the 3 gallon is getting Athena blended line (bloom Athena feed schedule). It's actually working out pretty well and gives me great ideas for future grows, mixing organic and synthetic nutrients 🤔...I'm digging it. If you wanna try out some of Growing Organic's amazing products like their Kashi blends or their ferments that I use like the alfalfa for veg or the insect Frass for flower well I have discount code for ya! Alright, so we're wrapping up week 7 of flower and everything is moving along pretty well. The plants look great and we should be finishing up here within the next two weeks I figure. At this point we're just maintaining the microbes and keeping the moisture in the medium on point so the plants can do their thing. Other than that we're finished as far as adding any nutrients or anything. Might give her some more Ferment if she's still around after 7 more days... we'll see how they're looking and if it's justified. Other than that these ladies look awesome as far as flower appearance and structure. Terpenes are on point and super dank (⛽🍬 deluxe! 😂), super funky too which I love. Not the biggest yielding but what true Runtz strain is? Plus they didn't have the easiest veg life with the gnats larva eating at them...smh. but they definitely turned things around and impressed me. We'll see what next week brings...thanks for stopping by!

Check em out! So we're actually at about 8 and a half weeks flower for these girls and they are done. The trichomes are where I want them, one of the plants can't even hold herself up anymore, so after I do this week we're probably going to harvest today or tomorrow morning. I'm so proud of how these ladies came out. They did not have the easiest start with the gnats larva damaging there feeder roots but still, strong genetics get the job done! The terps are well meshed and very potent. A beautiful runtz strain for every seed I grew. Well done Nupeddler. Makes me look forward to the other strains I have going from them. So that's that for these girls! Thank you for sticking it out with us! We'll see ya come harvest!

Alright so we're wrapping up the Runtz grow today and we ended up with about a QP of flower from the 3 plants. I'm happy with that outcome seeing that they had a rough veg...No doubt they would have been bigger if we didn't have that pest problem in the beginning but that's the life of a grower. They both ended up turning a beautiful purple color more towards the blooms, with a nice fire orange and lime green contrast. Gorgeous buds! The smell is pure Runtz! Gas and candy...I ended up taste testing some of the lowers and dannnng is this flower potent! Great for winding down at the end of a long day and even gives you a little pep in your step! This is like a dessert plant to me. Something special for sure.
