H0B0 Not much activity still, probably another week minimum before i consider giving nutes. I got tossed a lovely 2000w led the other day but pretty sure thats overkill for this cab😂

H0B0 Well heres to the first dose of nutes, gave quarter strength to see how they hold the next few days, not your normal dwc, top fed and flooming underneath to keep it completely silent, seen some lovely results and trying it out myself

H0B0 Well gave them their first dose of nutes and they decided to blow up, not sure if i should count this as 4 weeks of veg or not but i may let them bush out another week, take some clips and then flip to flower a week after that! We shall see how all of it goes as a first time taking clones im really wanting to sacrifice the slower of the 8 as a practice plant

H0B0 Well made the flip to 12/12 today, these babies blew up over a week time and checked again today and blew up even more, they should stay pretty short and maybe should let them grow another week but im wanting to make some clones of 2 and then learn how these grow and how well. Time will tell.

H0B0 These babies have blown up and all 8 are happily growing, they are easy to seperate and are not competing for space yet but i believe next week i will cut the fans at the bottom and kind of give it a lollipop feel, also i will be taking 2 clones and spraying one with some juice to force it to pollinate me some fem seeds!

H0B0 Sorry for the week break update, just got back in town and the girls still seemed to have been doing fantastic and steady growing, i forgot to mention before i left i took about 5 pairs of fan leaves off each of the girls for lighting purposes and the bottom nugs are starting to really pop. Well as for now i will get back to updating every feed cycle!

H0B0 Not much change over the past 10 days besides the stems getting thicker, the buds getting bigger and the crystals steady shining! I made the mistake of not taking clones of these beautiful girls but i do have one being sacrificed to produce female pollen. Other than that i know the cab works now i need to test the cloning section.

H0B0 They are growing still, took the hose out the top water so its now a waterfall type effect to keep the bubbles popping. Well thats all for this update, just waiting on them to thicken up. Once i get a fast strain to breed or force fem them maybe itll get better. For now, i will be waiting.
The snoke is heavy indica, just the slightest bowl will do you in. Definately a night smoke!

H0B0 The drippers really helped in the veg stage, once the roots hit the water i took the hose off and made it into a sub pump and from then on they boomed!
Well done on the grow cab! Just stumbled on your diary today! Where did you get those smaller carbon filters/fans? I have a 10" high section at the top of my cab to house my filter and electronics, but would love to be able to remove the shelf and get a few more inches of height for my lights.
I also have reflective material around my res too! looks like we think alike haha.
Carry on!
@thephalanx420, theres no other way i would go now that ive got this dialed in, my next challenge is going to be is getting the cloning chamber underneath timed with my plants up top. I just havent found a short enough flowering strain to get it less than 8 weeks. I will look at my logs and see where i got the carbon filters though and dm you
@H0B0, there are ways to keep the clones in veg permanently, regardless of flower time above. I've started using only water instead of nutrients once the clone is established, and it seems to be slowing down the growth quite well. I just keep pruning and topping every 1-2 weeks as they grow into the lights above, but my advice would be to just start and learn as you go. I was worried about flowering length, and strain height at first, but despite my current strain being a stretchy one, i've got it dialed in quite nicely now.
@thephalanx420, why thank you for that. Ya these beans i got going right now have a flower time of ~6 weeks and those would be great for me to have going and taking clones at 4 weeks and letting them prepare a root system while the others flowered. I just can never find where to clone them
@Grimbol, ya i backed the lights up and this week the stretch stayed the same, literal no growth besides thickening of stems and buds. I still got a foot of space but the plants like the baby 600w just a few inches away. If i was running my 2k watt my friend gave me i would be concerned!
