Growing planet of the grapes on the right and mandarin cookies r1 v2 on the left. All four are from seed and Ethos Genetics. I've had excellent grows with their photos and autos. For some reason I can't find General hydroponics to add as my nutrient. I use metric and imperial system interchangeably so please bare with me. This happens when you grow up in Canada. Goes as : Cal-mag - 3ml/gallon Micro - 2.5ml/gallon Gro- 2.5 ml/gallon Bloom- 1ml/ gallon Floralicious Plus - 1ml/gallon Ph my water to 6.2 Ppm I don't really measure but it's usually around 750 ppm.

Got my scrog in, waiting another week or so before flipping. Getting excellent growth, everyday I notice a huge difference. This is my first ever coco run and I am converted. No over watering and no bugs. I will begin to take more pictures and videos of the plants as the transition to flower will be interesting. The strain is healthy and can handle whatever I throw at them. I train a lot, I enjoy training as much as smoking. I sometimes break branches or cut tops off, they always recover and seem to appreciate the stress. I defoilate sometimes 2x a week, and the amount of leaves I am pulling off is insane. They just keep growing and reappearing. They grow so vigorous I am confident I will get a decent yield in my 3x3 ft tent. Will have a better, more thorough updates from here out

Changed lighting to 12/12 to initiate flowering. Did a heavy defoilating, it literally took me about 1.5-2 hours.. I added a pic and scissors for scale. Started to add a little bloom nutrients in the mix . I removed the drip system, it was not reading correctly and always saying I needed to add water when there was. I am just going to hand water, it doesn't bug me. Using General Hydroponics Cal - 2.5/gallon Micro - 2.5/gallon Gro - 2.5/gallon Bloom - 2.5/gallon Floralicious Plus 1ml/gallon

Finally started to show signs of flowering, I was a little worried and inpatient. Scrog is filled out nicely, I have stopped tucking the branches and plan on letting the plants have their stretch. In about a week or so will go in for another defoilitation. I've started to add to PK boosters to my nutrient mix. Using general hydroponics , for some reason I can't select their nutrient line. Cal mag - 2.5ml/gallon Micro-2.5 ml/gallon Gro - 1ml /gallon Bloom - 2.5ml/gallon Koolbloom - 1ml/gallon Floralicious plus- 1ml/gallon

How frequently should I water my plants during early flower in coco? During veg, I was watering to run off every 3rd day and had no issues. I tried every other day but noticed the runoff would happen very quickly and felt it was wasting. Thank you in advance

I would continue with watering every 3rd day it seems to be what the plants want, they'll let you know if you need to switch to every other day.

Buds starting to fatten up Fixing nutrient lockout, leaves started to yellow and brown. Have been just giving ph balanced water for a few days and the plants have recovered well and have started to grow again. Just saw another diary and this strain can go 10-11 weeks. I was worried the buds are too tiny but seeing the other grow reassures me. I Chopped at week 8 previously causing me to not have the yields I desire. Thinking of changing the nutrient schedule

Finally recovered from the nutrient lockout, runoff is coming within acceptable range. Just adding 5ml of flora bloom per gallon and 2ml cal-mag per gallon of water, gives it around 450ppm. Entire apartment danks like weed, even the hallway.

Just finished week 8, plants stinking hard. Starting to see a few amber trichomes, less than 5%. Planning on taking these to about 20% amber so I am thinking I will run these girls to week 11. I know indica is done sooner, however, I am looking for the couch lock high - I need this for sleep. Cal-mag 2ml per gallon Florabloom 5ml per gallon Liquid koolbloom 1.5 ml per gallon Floralicious Plus 1ml per gallon Cheers

How long after flushing the medium to an acceptable level of ppm run off can I harvest? I know some say it's not required, but I was using synthetic nutrients and the runoff ppm before flush was around 400-700. Asking because I checked the trichomes and I'm at 50% amber on 2

Grand Master level was washing to 150-200, but his cut off zone sometimes was 400. that was huge commercial youtuber with thousands of plants, huge plants. i grow in soil, i dont flush, i just stop feeding way before harvest. 50% ambers is chop time 100% ;)))))) 30 is max in normal standarts. be sure you check bud, not leaf or sugar leaf, those mature diferently.

Why are you flushing? if its to lower the mineral content in the plant that is a myth and hold no grounds plants don;t work like that. tons of studies to debunk this. So you can just ignore the results as it does not matter and start your dry and cure. 50% amber weed is going to be crazy sedative. amber is degradation and means THC is turning into CBN. Chop asap and get ready for the extreme couch lock with dry eyes. Should have chopped this a while back when it was little to no amber and the pistils where dying back. Good Luck!

50% amber I would crop now lol but i am after peak potency myself but 400-700 seems like a very low ppm I dont think it would make much a difference if you did :) best of luck buddy.

Both mandarin cookies plants combined yielded 73 + 35 grams for a total of 108 grams or 3.85 ounces. Lots of top buds, lots of tiny buds. They are small and tight, however, when you add them all it really adds up nicely. The smell is super gassy with citrus. It stinks so much like gas it's incredible. I have not yet cured and the plants have retained their smell. Super excited to try these out after cure. I can only imagine the yield if I didn't get nute lockout during flower

Both plants yielded 56g + 46g = 102 g or 3.64 ounces of top buds. Plant stinks like a skunk, lots of tiny top buds add up and weigh a good amount. I let these girls run long, I am seeking the couch lock effect as I need this medicine for medicinal purposes, recreation as well! I am hoping for the baggy red eyed look to my face.

Smells like skunk, lots of tiny top buds but they are super dense and covered in trichomes. Cheers

@Golden, final harvest was 7.5 ounces. I didn't hit the 8 but was very close. Will try harder and aim for that 8oz

I grew this strain last year outside, low temps and she will be purple as can be. Heavy producer in resin and oils, terpy like crazy. Grape and skunk smelling while being candy flavored

Maybe raise your lights a bit...almost looks like light stress to me. Feeding at 1.4 EC shouldn't produce nutrient burn. Coco eats up calcium and magnesium as it breaks down so make sure you're giving them a good dose of that at every watering. The substrate will steal CaMg from the nutrient solution to satisfy the cations, leaving less for the plant to uptake. These rust spots are common in coco and are generally a deficiency in CaMg, as I've had this a few times in my 9 grows. I can't see any details of your nutrient line but if you don't have a calcium magnesium supplement, you may want to try to that too. But I'd raise the lights if you can because it's easy. See stuff like this in LED grows all the time.

@@@Louder, Thanks for the suggestion, I was hanging them around 10-12 inches from the canopy. I will raise them to 16-18 inches from canopy. I am running general hydroponics line, for some reason they cannot be selected from the nutrients available. How frequently do you feed your plants? I was giving full dose every watering
