Put in paper towel Wed, 6.2 water and mychorrizea. Saturday they had long tails covered in fuzz so I put them in jiffy pods. By Sunday morning they had come above surface and first pics here are Sunday evening. Will wait a day or two and put whole pod into five gallon pot.
Well , they have barely grown and here is what happened to them. They came up very fast and we're growing so fast. Well I let them stretch to the point of almost dying. I was waiting on a couple others to sprout before I put them all under light. These pineapples though stretched like I've never seen in a day and keeled over. I rushed to bury them up to their leaves. Which looks like they were saved from dying but lost a weeks growth. Being autos they probably will be very small when they flower and finish. But they look healthy, just look like they are two days old. The other strains that were a few days behind have way surpassed them in growth...
Well one did not make it. Belly up. The other one is still way small for age but is finally growing a tad bit and color looks ok.
Didn't get to water for 5 days because of travel. She seemed to do alright though. She is still stunted because of the initial stretch and probably won't produce well but ever little bit helps , I am not growing for record yields.
Still small and compact. I have still done no LST or defoliation but she has somewhat even canopy started. Looks like she's in preflower. Will be very small but maybe she'll make the good buds and that's all I care about. I almost killed her in seedling stage and almost gave up on her after a few weeks of nearly any growth. Glad I stuck with her.
Starting to stretch and flower nicely. She is a little dense with leaves and may have to defoliate more. The leaves are small but all perfect, no signs of trouble.
Top dressed with Dr Earth flower girl. Keeping the PH good and small doses of cal mag every water. Looks like lots of smallish buds . We'll see. Better than I expected being I almost killed her as a seedling.
Flowers stacking a little more. I went through and eliminated any small flowers and larf because there was tons. Hopefully she'll put more energy into the bigger buds and colas. Light but beautiful citrus smell. Getting sticky now as well.
Still stacking flower. Lots of clear triks and pistils not changing color yet. Probably won't feed any more just water. No leaf discoloration at all. She's come along way since the seedling I all but killed.
Harvested the Top big colas first because they were nice and ready but since I never did any LST to her the lower buds were not ready. I did no training because I never thought she would make it or produce much, having almost killed her. The first batch was 204 grams. Waited another four or five days and did the rest at 93 grams and a whole lot of trim. The small airy stuff just went in trim. 93 grams of decent nugs though. Total wet weight 297 grams and that's 200 hundred grams more than I ever thought starting out. This one was a survivor and sure surprised me. Thanks again to Fast Buds genetics. Great beans. I will be sure to come back and do the dry weight and the rest.
