-WEEK STARTED 09/01, PICS FROM 10/01-
Her nug structure is really forming nicely, like small snow-capped pine trees. The fasciated head from the double-headed top is shooting a lot of new pistils above, on the 'mohawk', yet the pistils underneath appear to be maturing at a much faster rate. This is absolutely fascinating to see.
The bud from the fasciated site is definitely more 'flat' than bulbous, even as the calyxes of the other tops are filling out. I don't think the fasciation will provide great flower upon harvest, however I am very intrigued to witness the outcome of this natural mutation regardless. I had read about the high risk of mould with these, so I am certainly keeping a close eye on any sign of either mildew or budrot as I would not want such a thing to spread.
The rest of the tops seem to be coming along very nicely, and there are eight primary branches within canopy height. She has begun fading with some leaves, which I am periodically removing when they become weak.
