Djgotthatshit I need help lol I feel like my plants are dying…any suggestions based on the appearance of my plants??

Djgotthatshit I recently found mold on my expendable clay pebbles on both plants and had to remove pebbles with mold on them. Also environment was fluctuating to much but I finally have the environment consistent for now. Last thing is I increased the dosage this week.
One plant looks pale and tips of leaves are brown.
The other had a few yellow spots on the leaves.
Does anyone know what’s going on?
