What kinda plant? It looks a bit...ruderalis-influenced, if you know what I mean, but hey, I dunno. It seems like it certainly is growing vigorously though. Also growing outdoors in the Africa area where it's legal.

Well I am in South Africa. Last year our Constitutional Court decided that it is against your right of privacy not to be able to use cannabis and grow cannabis in privacy of your own private spaces. So the parliament was give 24 months to come up with new laws. So now everybody grows. it is still against the law to trade.
