Germination went fairly easy! Had one seedling that ended up sitting really low but it stuck around. One thing to note is that I didn't have my setup for like 20+ days prior to germination and veg and I'm so new that the while schedule is based fairly on small understandings that I'm gradually learning

My plants are looking sad, fairly new so no real clue in what it could be. They're growing slow and look yellow and some are developing dark spots in the middle of leaves

Your plants looks underfertilised and overwatered.
Give your them a good watering, enough to have a bigger runoff thar usual, in order to get rig of the old, maybe salty, water out of the root system and adding fresh air.
Don't forget to let you soil dry and the pots lighten between each watering because roots needs oxygen.
