At this point I've been watering with regular tap water and there was no real way to check my waters PH levels correctly so I would just mix up the floraseries trio accordingly and water after every 2 days or when the babies looked like they needed some nourishment!

Your plants looks underfertilised and overwatered.
Give your them a good watering, enough to have a bigger runoff thar usual, in order to get rig of the old, maybe salty, water out of the root system and adding fresh air.
Don't forget to let you soil dry and the pots lighten between each watering because roots needs oxygen.
